6 Celebrity Chef Marcus Samuelsson s signature restaurant, Marcus has a diverse, exciting menu that features his signature style of globally influenced cuisine, while highlighting Bermuda s fresh, local ingredients and rich Caribbean, British and Portuguese heritage. So we ve teamed up with one of Bermuda s top suppliers, Burrows Lightbourn, to bring you a great selection of wines and liquors, from around the world to taste, learn and enjoy. From our own private label rum bottled for us by Gosling s to oak aged Barbados Mount Gay, the selection is impressive. And our Signature Rum Cocktails do the selection proud! ON DE ROCK CRAFT BREWERY The On De Rock Craft Brewery is the brainchild of friends Dave Jones and Simon Watkinson. Dave had been brewing craft beer in Bermuda as a passionate hobby and shared the 100% Bermuda-made craft beer with Simon. Naturally, discussion changed into turning Dave s hobby into a business and the On De Rock Craft Brewery was born. Try a different brew in our restaurants and bars. Marcus - Ale Pale Crown & Anchor - IPA Honey Ale BERMUDA GOMBEYS The Gombeys are an iconic part of our island heritage. Watch them performing their unique dance to the beat of drums. 9 ALEX & PETE S ARTISAN ICE CREAM HAMILTON PRINCESS RUM The Hotel s own Single Barrel Special Reserve, blended just for us by world famous Gosling Brothers. Available in all Hotel restaurants and bars. We are pleased to feature this Bermuda-made craft ice cream with uniquely local flavours. The philosophy behind Alex & Peter s is simple, said creator Chef Peter Jovetic. It s ice cream made from the heart. We use fresh, premium, natural ingredients, and absolutely no artificial flavour or colouring. Available at 1609 and the Pool Bar.

11 MIKE HIND ON THE UKULELE Funny and spontaneous, Bermudian ukulele artist Mike Hind, also known by his stage moniker, Uncle Elvis, performs at 1609 on Thursday and Sunday. His show is equal parts joyful and melodious comedy, with audience members often dragged in by playful heckling. Surely not to be missed! Thursday & Sunday 7.00pm 10.00pm POOL BAR Situated at the infinity pool with its incredible setting on Hamilton Harbour, the Pool Bar is just the place to relax with a cocktail or to grab a leisurely bite to eat.
