3 NOCHES DE CANTINA Noches de Cantina is an experience brought directly from Mexico City. Guests can feast on traditional botanas with home-style local flavors, paired with the finest craft beers of the region and a mezcal tasting while enjoying a unique evening. This is the perfect themed dinner to enjoy with other guests or a small group of friends and family. Themed dinner starts at 7pm on Wednesdays at La Cantina. Reservations are required.

4 COOKING LESSONS You can learn more about Mexican delicacies with our Chef and increase your knowledge as a Mexican culinary expert. Our Executive Chef shares with you the traditional recipes that will show you the basic steps to delight your family and guests when you return home. Our cooking lessons are every Tuesday at 2:00 pm. TEQUILA TASTING Discover the fascinating art of tequila making. Our Tequillier will chart the history and traditions that lie behind this legendary Mexican spirit. The 40-minute presentation includes a sampling of the finest blends, Blanco, Reposado and Añejo. Tastings are every Monday at 5:00 pm at La Cantina. WINE TOUR Every Thursday at 4:00 pm at El Sol Restaurant, enjoy an exclusive and private wine tasting paired with delicious tapas, followed by a private tour of our awardwinning Wine Cellar, guided by our expert Sommelier.

7 CIGAR TASTING Cigar as well as wine, cognac or whiskey requires tasting. This is usually done to define the various nuances which a cigar can evolve while touching, tasting and smelling it. Be part of this innovative experience that is part of our new activities. Tastings are every Saturday at 5:00 pm at El Sol Restaurant. COCKTAIL LESSONS Take part in private cocktail lessons at our iconic Freddy s Bar. Our bartenders will share the secrets of our expertly handcrafted cocktails. Get ready to mix and match your beverages with the best botanas. Lessons are held every Sunday at 4:00 pm. MEXICAN DISTILLATES Join us and experience a different way of enjoying the traditions of Mexico. Sample popular distillates, such as Mezcal, Sotol, Raicilla and Bacanora while savoring ceviches and tlayudas. Tastings are every Friday at La Cantina at 5:00 pm.

9 K ÁAK BBQ DINNER Savor the best steaks and the freshest seafood, served with a variety of salads, dressings and garnishes at the terrace of El Restaurante. Join us in our traditional K áak Mayan for fire barbecue dinner every Friday at 7:00 pm. Dinner including beverages is optional. CHEF S MEXICAN TABLE Under the guidance of our Executive Chef, we are pleased to offer the opportunity to discover something unique and very rich in Mexican culture. Every Thursday, the Chef creates a complete six-course menu, inspired by traditional ingredients of the region, which is served privately at your table. He will explain each ingredient, discuss history and flavors from all over Mexico, and combine this exquisite meal with the finest Mexican wine selection (as recommended by our Sommelier) for an unforgettable dining experience.
