4 Private Events For private events the farm accommodates up to 300 guests for seated events or 400 guests for strolling receptions. Our event production team will coordinate all of the details, bringing attention, care and hospitality to you throughout the process. For these events we work exclusively with our three catering partners, Zingerman's Catering & Events, Zingerman's Roadhouse Catering and Forte Belanger. Strolling Receptions up to 400 guests Our events team will work with you to customize your strolling reception at Cornman Farms. 6 Tent Pavilion Every spring we raise our white peak pole Tent Pavilion, adding an immediate sense of grandeur to the farm. Our tent pavilion hosts al fresco dinners overlooking our production gardens throughout spring, summer, and autumn. The tent features windowed sides, wooden parquet floors, lighting, heating and access to the Red Barn restrooms. The tent pavilion is designed for 100 or more guests. 8 Red Barn Built in 1837 and restored in 2014 the Red Barn features a Bar Room and a beautiful Loft Dining Room. The full barn accommodates up to 175 guests for a strolling reception. Nestled in our landscaped grounds and gardens, guests enjoy an exquisite setting for cocktails and dining. The Barn offers a unique and comfortable space reminiscent of old world entertaining. The original wooden walls, gabled roof, wood burning fireplaces and terrace provides an elegant and rustic backdrop for any occasion. 15 Founder and Executive Chef Kieron Hales brings extensive culinary and operational experience to Zingerman s Cornman Farms. From cooking for the British Royal family to bringing his talents stateside to cook for three U.S. Presidents, Chef Hales is a true asset to the Zingerman s team. His passion for culinary excellence coupled with his innate sense for business inspired Kieron to open Cornman Farms and transform it into the luxury event venue it is today. The 42-acre property opened its doors in May 2014 and specializes in weddings, corporate and culinary events. In addition to wearing his chef's hat, Kieron wears many other hats to bring his vision for the farm to life. Overseeing both the operational aspects of the business as well as the creative direction, he takes great pride in curating the production gardens, creating seasonally-driven menus, teaching cooking classes, guiding farm tours, providing great service, mentoring his team and sharing his love and knowledge of food with everyone he encounters. Kieron s zest for life, specifically food, is contagious. His attention to detail and quality is unparalleled and it is evident when given the opportunity to enjoy one of his meals.
