Final menu and guest count must be definite 14 days prior to your event. Pricing does not include tax or service fees. MN sales tax is 6.875%, MN State liquor tax is 9.375%, Service fee is 18%. All deposits are non-refundable. All payments must be made in cash or credit card. A major credit card is required to be on file for payment. A deposit equal to your event room fee is due at the time of booking.

3 Frequent Questions May we tour the Golf Course? We encourage a site visit prior to booking your event. This visit is an opportunity to meet our staff and discuss what options are best for your special day. A pre-arranged appointment is recommended. What is the deposit? The deposit is the room rental itself and is due at the time of booking. The deposit ensures that your date is saved and is non-refundable. How much is your on-site ceremony fee? We have a variety of ceremony sites available, rates depend on location and time of year. May we bring in our own food and beverages? Our Director of Hospitality and our Chef will help you select a menu that will ensure your gathering will be a huge success. The options are endless from hors d oeuvres, buffets, casual or gourmet plated dinners. We welcome you to share your dream menu with our team, so that we may prepare the perfect meal for your perfect day. How late do we have our event room? You have your event room until 12:30 a.m. Last call for all beverages is at 11:50 p.m. and your entertainment or last dance is at 12:00 a.m. You and your guests will have ½ hour to vacate the event room. When and how can we decorate? You can start decorating the day prior to your event; you must arrange times with staff 7 days prior. We do not allow glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, petals, etc. Decorations must be removed at the conclusion of your event. May we take the leftover food home? Any food left on a buffet line may be boxed up at the end of dinner service. You will be responsible for providing your own food containers and boxing up your food. Food is required to be removed immediately following dinner service. We do not recommend that guests take leftover food home with them and we are not responsible for any illness that may occur.

4 Event Rooms FAIRWAY ROOM $250 Located on the main level of Minnesota National Golf Course, this 700 sq. ft. room comfortably seats 50 guests and includes open beam ceiling, 30 foot projector screen and large windows overlooking Minnesota National Golf Course. This room is perfect for smaller groups and meetings. SHILLELAGH S $2,500 - $3,000 Located on the main level of Minnesota National Golf Course, this 6,000 sq. ft. room comfortably seats 270 guests and includes the Fairway room, dining room, Irish Bar, dance floor, 3 fireplaces, and outdoor deck. It is surrounded with windows overlooking Minnesota National Golf Course. This room is ideal for large groups and events. FIRESIDE ROOM $150 Located on the ground level of Minnesota National Golf Course, this 720 sq. ft. room comfortably seats 65 guests and includes a fireplace and comfortable seating. It is charming for small groups and meetings. SAVANNA ROOM $1,500 - $2,000 Located on the ground level of Minnesota National Golf Course, this 3,200 sq. ft. room comfortably seats 225 guests and includes a raised stage, private bar, outdoor patio, dance floor, fireplace and large windows overlooking Minnesota National Golf Course. This is the ideal setting for large groups and events. The Fireside Room adjoins and increases seating capacity to approximately 300 guests. RUSTIC BARN $500 - $1,000 Enjoy the beautiful lake front, rustic charm of our Red Barn for your wedding ceremony. It can accommodate up to 120 guests. You can choose to have your ceremony on the deck overlooking the lake or inside of the Barn.

6 Buff ets Buffets can be customized, the prices are based on per person. All you can eat options are available, prices will increase accordingly. If you are seeking something that is not on our menu feel free to ask and we will do our best to accommodate you. Salad and Soup - $7 (add chicken, ham or turkey $2 per person) Lettuce, spring mix, eggs, cheese, olives, pickles, cottage cheese, onions, tomatoes, beets, peppers, sunflower seeds, croutons, assorted dressings. Sandwich and Soup - $8 Pit ham, oven roasted turkey breast, salami, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, assorted cheeses, Philly rolls and house chips. Build A Burger Bar - $12 100% Angus beef ½ lb. burger, assorted cheeses, lettuce, tomato, onions, peppers, pickles, pasta salad and house chips. Taco Bar - $12 Seasoned beef and chicken, refried beans, rice, cheese, tomatoes, onions, olives, salsa, queso, jalapenos, hard & soft shell taco and nacho chips. Jamaican Buffet - $12 Jerk seasoned dark chicken, seasoned rice, Caribbean black beans and corn muffins. Asian Buffet - $15 Sweet & sour chicken, pork stir fry, fried rice, Lo Mein noodles and egg rolls. Pasta Buffet - $17 Choose three: spaghetti with meat sauce, chicken fettuccine with alfredo sauce, meat lasagna, vegetable lasagna, served with garden salad and garlic toast. BBQ Buffet - $17 Pulled pork or shredded beef with bbq sauce, house potato salad, baked beans, Texas toast, pickles, onions, jalapeno. (substitute baby back ribs $19/person) Minnesota All-Star Buffet - $22 Sliced pot roast, smothered pork chops, mashed potatoes, pan gravy, green beans amandine, creamy wild rice soup and rustic white bread.

7 Plated Dinners All plated dinners include a garden or Caesar salad, dinner roll, choice of potato and a choice of vegetable. Airline Chicken Breast - $17 Baked until golden served with a mushroom cream sauce. Chicken Kiev - $17 Breaded chicken breast stuffed with garlic and herb butter. Roasted Turkey - $17 Hand carved white and dark turkey roast. Pork Medallions - $18 Tender rounds of pork tender loin, pan seared with a creamy mushroom sauce, and a hint of green onion. Roast Beef - $19 Sliced tender roast beef. Salmon Fillet - $23 Choose lemon dill cream sauce or Asian sauce. Almond Dusted Walleye - $24 Pan seared with a light dusting of flour and almonds. Also available grilled with butter and white wine or fresh lemon. Roasted Prime Rib - Market Price 10 or 12 oz. Herb crusted prime Angus beef served with pan au jus. Potato Options Mashed, garlic mashed, baked potato, buttered baby reds, white & wild rice pilaf, augratin. Vegetable Options Normandy blend, green beans amandine, Santa Fe corn, honey glazed baby carrots.

8 Lodging Enjoy one of our three homes located on the 4th and 5th holes of the championship course. We offer side by side Townhomes or the Executive Log Home, all complete with kitchen, dining & living areas, bedrooms, baths, laundry and deck. THE EXECTUTIVE LOG HOME $450 - $495 per night This beautiful home is 3,500 sq. ft. and includes a spacious gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances. The kitchen opens to a large dining room and great room. It includes three fireplaces, a screen porch, wrap around deck with grill and offers a panoramic view of our signature hole. The main floor also includes a master bedroom with a king sized bed, whirlpool tub, shower and sitting area with futon and fireplace. The second bedroom on the main floor has a king sized bed and a separate full bathroom. The loft area includes a large sectional couch, bedroom with four queen beds, one full bed and one full bathroom. TOWNHOME B $295 - $345 per night The main floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with futon and fireplace, full bath, game table and patio with grill, all overlooking the golf course. The second level includes the master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with three twin beds, a full bathroom and an extra room with a couch. TOWNHOME C $295 - $345 per night The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bar area, living room with futon and fireplace. The master bedroom has a queen and twin bed and on-suite full bath. There is a patio with a grill overlooking the golf course. The second level includes one bedroom with two queen beds and another bedroom with a queen and twin bed, along with a separate full bath.
