2 General Information for Weddings Thank you for selecting Cherry Creek Grill for your Wedding. Our goal is to make your evening memorable and worry free. The room capacity will seat 150 guests. There is a space for the head table in the center portion of the room. There is a dance floor and space for a DJ or small band on the East side of the room. The hiring of entertainment is the responsibility of the wedding party. Attached are a variety of banquet selections. Our helpful banquet staff welcomes your ideas and suggestions to add to our own selections. All food and beverage must be purchased through Cherry Creek Grill. Our guests may bring in their own Wedding Cake and homemade mints; however there is a $50.00 cake fee. No food or beverage can be removed from our building after your event as per various state and city regulations. Cherry Creek Grill has a variety of centerpieces that include white tea light candles, small lanterns, and glass tiles. Accents may be added to these or you may bring in your own decorations. No confetti or glitter is allowed, if it is used there will be a mandatory $ clean up fee. Decorations must be approved in advance and the timing for the decorating needs to be defined by the event coordinators on our staff. Decorations can be done after 11:00 AM. To ensure your date is reserved, a $400 non-refundable deposit is required along with a signed contract. Reservations are made on a first come basis and the demand is heaviest during the holidays and early summer months. A minimum of $ of sales is required. These sales include the food and any sales from a cash bar. There is a $ set up fee that will be billed at the time of your event. A guaranteed guest count is required 10 days prior to the Wedding. All Weddings are billed at 100% of the guarantee or final count (whichever is greater). Cherry Creek Grill will be able to serve up to 5% extra guests with the same or equivalent meal when notified after the guarantee. Payment is due upon completion of the reception. The $ deposit will be applied at that time. There is a 17% service charge and 7% sale tax added to your bill. You may pay by cash, check or credit card in advance or at the end of the event. *Prices are subject to change within 60 days of your event due to market fluctuations. *Cherry Creek Grill reserves the right to use your deposit toward any damage that may occur during the course of the event.

Your guests will dine on special selections from a Buffet table complete with salad bar.
