We hope the following information will help you in planning a successful event. MENU SELECTION To assure your menu is properly executed, please submit your selection 14 days in advance. Special menus may be discussed with our management staff. It is our policy that all food and beverage be provided by Ozgood s Grill and Bar and not to be brought from outside sources. No food may be taken home when your function is being served buffet style. PRICE GUARANTEE All prices on our banquet menu are guaranteed for 120 days only. GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE A guaranteed number of guests is to be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to your function. Ozgood s does allow a 5% leeway from guaranteed count on Buffets only. A minimum of 30 adult guests to be charged for a buffet style meal. PAYMENT INFORMATION A Non-Refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to confirm and hold your reservation on the selected date. The $50 deposit will be subtracted from your final bill. There will be no exceptions to this policy unless credit has been established and approved by Ozgood s management prior to your function. ROOM ARRANGEMENTS (SEATING FOR APPROX. 80) For the comfort of your guests, we will be pleased to organize a seating plan. Please advise us if a head table or special seating arrangements are required. Decorating is permissible, but please no confetti of any kind. Room is non-smoking. GRATUITY A gratuity charge equal to 18% of the total food and beverage will be added by Ozgood s Grill and Bar. Prices are subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax. ROOM GUARANTEE Privacy of Banquet Room cannot be guaranteed for functions under a guest count of 40. Additional charges may apply for guaranteed privacy. An additional charge of $50.00 per hour will be charged for any banquet extending beyond three hours.
