5 Entree prices include ~ Room Rental for 4 hours, Coffee, Water, Iced Tea, Roll and Butter, Vegetable, Potato and Sodas. 20% gratuity and 6% sales tax will be added to all prices. All Alcohol is to be sold by Foxchase. NO alcohol may be brought in to Foxchase. The Foxchase Building is a "Smoke Free" Facility. Room Rental: rental charge applied to functions not having any food service. There is a 100 person minimum for Saturdays and $50.00 per person sale, except January, February and March. A deposit is required for each banquet or reception. A $ Deposit is required to hold a date, $ for Saturday For one additional waitstaff add $50.00 Size of party may affect room availability and rental charge. Room charge is only in affect when an entree is not ordered. Rentals Risers may be rented for your head table with a maximum of 12 people at the head table. The risers are $40.00 plus tax per section and each section seats 2 guests. Ivory Chair Covers may be rented at $2.50 each plus tax. A colored Chair Sash may also be rented at $1.25 each plus tax. Available for either the Pavilion or Palmer Room chairs.
