4 LARGE PARTY OPTIONS CHEF S TABLE Red Rooster offers large party bookings at the Chef s Table in the Main Dining Room for groups of guests. The Chef s Table is a long, high-top, communal table. The chairs are stools with backs and cushions. If the party is less than 20, we may seat a smaller group at the table next to yours. A prix fixe menu is required. CHEF S TABLE SEATINGS: Dinner (Monday - Friday): 6:30PM - 8:30PM or 8:45PM - 11:15PM. Lunch (Monday - Friday): 12:00PM (or earlier) or 2:30PM (or later). Brunch (Saturday & Sunday): 12:00PM (or earlier) or 2:30PM (or later). GINNY S SUPPER CLUB Join us for dinner and a night of music at Ginny s Supper Club, one of New York City s premiere Jazz venues, located in the lower level of Red Rooster. Large parties of guests are reserved for a two-hour booking. We kindly ask your guests observe our quiet policy on performance nights. A prix fixe menu is required. Show tickets sold separately. GINNY S LARGE PARTY SEATINGS: Dinner (Thursday & Saturday): 7:00PM & 9:00PM for the 7:30PM & 9:30PM shows (respectively). Dinner (Friday): Start time of your choice pending availability/special performances. On Friday & Saturday evenings, Ginny s transitions into a lounge at 11:00PM. Cover fees will be waived for late seating guests to stay for late night.

Please specify Plated (guests select one dish per course) or Family-Style (all dishes served for the table to share). Coffee and tea included in all packages. Prices are per person (pp). All bar options include assorted draught beers, house red, white and sparkling wines, soft drinks and juices. Beer & Wine Package $20pp (first hour). $10pp (each additional hour). Brunch Bar Package $25pp (first hour). $15pp (each additional hour). Includes two specialty brunch cocktails. Specialty Cocktail Package $30pp (first hour). $20pp (each additional hour). Includes two specialty cocktails. Standard Open Bar Package $35pp (first hour). $25pp (each additional hour). Includes two specialty cocktails and premium spirits. Top-Shelf Open Bar Package $40pp (first hour). $30pp (each additional hour). Includes two specialty cocktails and top-shelf spirits. Champagne Upgrade $20pp per hour. Red Rooster s selection of Champagne. Non-alcoholic beverages (three hours) $15pp. If you do not wish to include a beverage package, on-consumption option is available.
9 EVENT EXTRAS Cake Red Rooster will create a specialty cake for any occasion. Please inquire for more information. Floral $25 per cocktail arrangement. For more elaborate floral and décor options, please inquire with your Event Manager. Entertainment Red Rooster s Music Managers are available to curate a special music experience for your event. From bands and DJs, to live karaoke parties, we have an extensive list of entertainers to help you create a memorable experience for your guests. Please inquire for more information. 10 GENERAL INFORMATION OVERVIEW Red Rooster, located at 310 Lenox Ave, between 125th and 126th Streets, is in the heart of historic Harlem. Marcus Samuelsson s landmark restaurant celebrates the roots of American cuisine with a lively neighborhood atmosphere. Our downstairs venue, Ginny s Supper Club, is our private dining area and performance space, featuring an eclectic mix of live music from up-and-coming locals to premier artists. Bathed in a pallet of tans, browns, and touches of red, Ginny s Supper Club offers both comfort and warmth. Our events are customized with multiple packages for you to choose from. Please note, 8.875% NY State sales tax, 6% administration fee, and gratuity will be added to all private dining events. MENUS Plated, family-style, buffet, and cocktail reception menus are available to choose from. In addition, specially curated menus can be made to customize guest s needs. When possible, please advise us of any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate these needs. All menus are subject to availability and seasonality. Final menus should be submitted at least two weeks prior to your event date. If menu selections are not received by this time, a chef s selected menu may be chosen by Red Rooster.
11 GENERAL INFORMATION AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT We are available to help coordinate the rental of all of your audio-visual needs. Ginny s has a projector screen and full DJ booth capabilities. The private room has a TV screen and a laptop can be hooked up for presentations. In both rooms is a sound system for background music and we have an in house wireless microphone available for use. RESERVATION INFORMATION & CANCELLATION POLICY To confirm all private dining reservations, a signed agreement and 50% deposit of the estimated food and beverage cost is required. All deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations more than 14 days before the event, Red Rooster will retain the deposit and charge, if applicable, a ten (10%) Cancellation Fee based upon the estimated contract total and other costs set forth in the event agreement, and return any additional balance deposited by client. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the Event date, Red Rooster will retain or charge, as applicable, a 60% Cancellation Fee based upon estimated contract total and other costs set forth in the event agreement. For cancellations made within 72 hours of the event, the client will be charged the full balance of the estimated contracted total set forth in the event agreement. Final guest counts must be confirmed with your Event Manager no less than two business days prior to the event, and may not decrease after this time. Guest count increases within two business days of your event are subject to Red Rooster approval.
