3 ROOM RENTAL PRICING VENUE RATES CAPACITY Thursday to Saturday 8am to 4pm - $ 3,000 5pm to 1am - $ 4,000 Sunday to Wednesday 8am to 4pm - $ 2,000 5pm to 1am - $ 3,000 Seated: 180 with a cocktail area and dance floor or 220 with a dance floor Standing: 400 cocktail reception Includes: All dining and vendor tables, full dinnerware for 200 guests, early vendor load in, unlimited site visits to plan the affair, over 150 parking spots, kitchen access, personal suite, 1 security guard, colour changing ceiling light installation. BOOKING Upon booking, client is to pay venue fee in full and sign venue contract in order to secure the event date. PARKING 150 private parking spots available with 20 personal and 10 vendor spots included in room rental. KITCHEN Full Kitchen space available including in venue price. MANDATORY FEE A mandatory $ 600 fee is charged for post-event clean up and garbage removal.

4 STAFFING & SECURITY SECURITY For the safety of your guests, CANVAS will hire security personnel for your event. The first guard for a period of 6 hours is included in your room rental fee. Additional security guards are required depending on the number of guests and rooms rented. CANVAS coordination team will determine the final number security required for your event. Please note that all staffing and security charges are subject to HST. SUPERVISORS & BARTENDERS To ensure that bar service is handled efficiently, only CANVAS smart serve supervisors and bartenders will be permitted behind the bar. A minimum of one CANVAS Supervisor and two bartenders is required at each event. Supervisors and bartenders are $ 30/hour at a minimum of 4 hours. Additional bartenders will be determined by guest count and type of event. SERVICE STAFF Chosen caterer must hire one of the two preferred staffing agencies. Contact CANVAS for staffing agency details. DISHWASHER For sit down dinner events or events that use all of our inhouse dinnerware there will be a $500 dish-washing charge. WASHROOM ATTENDANT CANVAS provides a washroom attendant for the duration of your event to ensure that the washrooms are kept clean at all times. They are charged at an hourly rate of $ 28. They will be stationed outside of the public washrooms and will periodically clean surfaces, floors and replenish paper products. They will not accept tips from your guests. VENUE COORDINATOR CANVAS will designate a Venue Coordinator that will be on-site for your event. They will be available for load ins and outs of the venue and act as a point-of-contact for all of your vendors should anything arise and will ensure a successful event.

5 ALCOHOL & BAR BAR PACKAGES CANVAS offers three levels of bar packages (Basic, Deluxe, Premium) which includes bar rail, wine, beer, soft bar, garnishes, ice, glassware and a Bar Manager. CONSUMPTION BAR / HOST TAB Clients have the option to pay per drink after the events end. A minimum of one drink per guest must be purchased prior to event. Clients have the option to purchase drink tickets or have a solid host tab prior to the event. Beverages consumed beyond the host tab will be invoiced after the event and must be paid within two weeks. Ice, Soft Bar, and all bartending staff must be purchased in addition to the consumption bar. Consumption prices attached. EXTRAS & ADD ONS / Unique specialty cocktails can be crafted by our in-house mixologists / Specialty bars such as Whisky Bar or Beer Bar can be offered / Sparkling toasts offered / Endless bubbly at the bar / Flare bartending offered as an upgrade LATE NIGHT EXTENSION CANVAS bar and rental services end at 1:00 am. Each additional hour is $ 250. CORKAGE FEE Clients have the option of bringing in their own alcohol for a corkage fee of $ 12/guest. The client will provide the SOP application, alcohol, soft bar, garnishes and glassware. GRATUITY A mandatory 15% gratuity will be added to all bar services.

They will assist you and can provide estimates upon request. SECURITY Xclusive Party Patrol Winston Wright / wwright19@hotmail.com CANVAS provides 1 security guard for every event and additional guards may be required based on the guest count. AUDIO VISUAL Sole Power Productions Edan Kaufman / edan@solepowerproductions.com The rental of the event space does not include audio visual equipment and services. CANVAS exclusively works with Sole Power for the provisions of A/V equipment and technician services. Our clients are welcome to hire their own DJ, band, dancers, and/or other performers. All sound and lighting systems required must be rented through Sole Power Productions. Clients must contact Sole Power Productions personally to obtain a quote. Sole Power will work in conjunction with the chosen musical entertainment hired. Please note that all clients must go with minimum basic AV Package, in the amount of $ 900 which includes speakers, sub woofers, soundboard, wireless mic and on-site tech for the duration of the event. When a client chooses to have Sole Power provide entertainment for their event, the $ 900 fee is waived on any DJ or live music option over $ 1,500 + HST. OPTIONAL BUYOUT $ 750 Clients can bring in their own AV company as long as they purchase the Optional Buyout. Please note that a buyout is applied per day. If an event is multiple days (including AV setup and / or strike), multiple day fees will apply.
