Hope Estate is a family owned and operated working winery set in spectacular grounds with Unique Function Spaces. No two Weddings are the same. 7 THE GREAT CASK HALL The Great Cask Hall at Hope Estate is one of the most impressive Barrel Rooms in the country and one of the Hunter Valley s most popular venue destinations. Part of the working winery at Hope Estate, The Great Cask Hall is surrounded by 59 enormous wine filled casks, each holding 4,500 litres of wine. These casks, along with the terracotta flooring and huge vaulted ceilings, give the room an ambience of baroque splendour. The Great Cask Hall is featured on the TV series "The Farmer Wants a Wife" and is an amazing canvas for your dream wedding reception.

8 Harvest Restaurant is set at the top of the Hope Estate winery and next to the famous Great Cask Hall. Harvest features an incredible deck set high over the amphitheatre and vineyards with a 270 view over Wine Country, complemented by cutting edge design features, an open kitchen and stylish finishes. Harvest is an intimate space that flows out to the wrap-around deck, perfect for a ceremony and pre-reception drink area or the recpetion itself.

Hope Estate wine barrels (which are busy maturing future vintages of Hope Estate wine) are used to shape the venue to your size and specifications, transforming the Winery into a unique and exciting wedding venue. On arrival guests are lead through the working winery past vats and barrels and into The Winery function area. Nothing is impossible and ideas are just the beginning in this unique and versatile space. Should your number exceed 180 and the theme is spectacular and different, then the Winery is what you want!
