2 Located within the landscaped grounds of the Anderton Boat Lift makes Lift View a truly unique venue. The waterside setting situated along the banks of the River Weaver, lends itself to the perfect venue for those wishing to have a unique and individual event with an awe-inspiring backdrop. Lift View is decorated in a style that can allow for minimal or maximum decoration, allowing each customer to use their own style to transform this blank canvas. The venue can accommodate up to a maximum of 100 guests, dependent upon room layout. Lift View can be hired for the day time only, evening only or both. When hiring the venue please ensure you consider any time required to set up and dismantle the room.

3 Half Day Hire (4hr period starting or finishing at 1pm) 100 Day Hire (09:00 17:00) 150 Evening Hire (18:00 23:30) 350 The above charges include: Use of 24 6ft trestle tables, 12 white linen table cloths (additional cloths can be hired if required) and 100 black banqueting chairs Access to the visitor centre and exhibition (day time only) Use of the amplifier/sound system to play your own music via CD or ipod/iphone or to play videos via a laptop

4 In addition to the room hire charges you can add on one of the following corporate packages: Business Package 6.50 pp Unlimited tea & coffee throughout your event Still & Sparkling water on the tables upon arrival A member of the events team to set up and clean down after your event Free car parking: hirer will be ed permits upon confirmation Executive package pp All in the Business package plus Sweets on the tables Buffet lunch Flip chart & pens Projector & Screen

5 We offer a variety of extras, to suit your individual needs and budget, please feel free to discuss your options and requests with our in-house bookings team who can produce a quote based on any additions. Catering Services We can provide a range of additional inhouse catering packages such as Breakfasts, Desserts and Afternoon Tea. Please see our separate menu for options. Should you decide you wish to use your own suppliers for catering, entertainment etc then this is acceptable also

6 Something Different If you are choosing to have your event here then why not make it extra special for you and your guests by incorporating a boat trip. Accommodating a maximum of 56 people our dedicated boat team will take you and your guests on a journey through the Anderton Boat Lift and then for a cruise along the River Weaver. This can be complimented by a commentary from the boat team or you can choose to have the time to make speeches, take photographs, or simply just enjoy the experience with your guests. This should be booked well in advance as trips can book up very quickly and if not booked we cannot guarantee availability The cost for this exclusive use when booked in advance with the marque is 500

7 All prices are inclusive of VAT A 25% deposit is required within 14 days to secure the date. The remaining balance is then due 14 days prior to the date of your event. Payment via invoice is accepted please speak to a member of the bookings team to arrange this. A copy of all paperwork for third parties IE: caterers / entertainers must be provided no later than 14 days prior to the event. All information is correct at time of print
