The Platinum lounge provides stunning views overlooking the spectacular TheYachtMarket.com Southampton Boat Show purpose-built marina. Immerse yourself in the Boat Show s unbeatable ambience whilst enjoy superb food in the lounge of this exclusive hospitality facility. To book this package call Shirley, Sarah or Sophie on or book online at. Payment is required at the time of booking. Private If you would like to book the Platinum Hospitality package for a private group, we require a minimum of 84 guests and a maximum of 120 guests informally (84 guests can be seated at one time). The package can be enhanced with reception drinks, bar packages, wine, entertainment and more. Call us to discuss your exact requirements and pricing. Both packages cost per person inc VAT and can be booked from one person up to large groups. Please note that participants must be aged eight years and over to enjoy the Power Boat Experience. Free 15 years and under tickets are not valid for the Platinum Experience. *The boat experience is subject to weather conditions.

4 Private Hire of Hospitality Facilities We have a range of hospitality suites and restaurants available for private hire. Each hospitality area is truly unique, designed to give you and your guests a memorable experience. Below are just some of the fabulous options available at the TheYachtMarket.com Southampton Boat Show. The Champagne Bar The Mariners Grill The Platinum Hospitality Lounge The Club Lounge The Champagne Bar holds up to 100 guests informally and can be hired for drinks receptions from 19:30 until 23:00; with catering and bar facilities as required. If you would like a bespoke package to be created including hire, Champagne, canapes and soft drinks, we would be delighted to accommodate. The Mariners Grill holds up to 130 guests seated and 200 guests informally, with stunning views over the waterfront Marina, patio and decked area. Available to hire for private dinners, drinks receptions or parties from 19:30 until 23:00. The Platinum Hospitality Lounge can hold up to 80 guests seated and 120 guests informally, with stunning views over the Show and waterfront Marina, with a decked area and outdoor seating. This lounge is furnished to a high standard and includes a plasma screen within the suite for you to show presentations if required. This lounge is perfect for private dinners, drinks receptions, evening networking, presentations or private parties from 19:30 until 23:00. The Club Lounge provides stunning views over the waterfront Marina and can be hired exclusively during and out of show hours. This lounge offers a waterfront decked area, outdoor seating and is furnished to a high standard with formal seating for 30 and soft furnishings. Perfect for private dinners, drinks receptions, presentations or parties.

Show opening hours are 10am 6.30pm except on Sunday 23 September which is 10am-6pm. If guests require entry to the Show during this these times then a ticket needs to be purchased at per person. Catering prices are available on request for private evening events. It is not permitted to provide your own catering or beverages. Prices below are subject to VAT. Book your entry tickets before midnight on 13/09/2018 and save up to 30%.
