1 EVENT SPACE GROUP DINING & LARGE PARTY EVENTS THE SUN DIAL COMPLEX WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC PRIVATE EVENTS EVENT AREA WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC The Sun Dial Dining Room Level guests for a seated event The Restaurant has several options for guests to enjoy our ingredient-driven, seasonal menus in our main dining room. Group dining for parties of guests is available in our Main Dining Room in a Large Party Station with a preset menu. These sections are comprised of one long booth that seats 18 people and the adjacent four-top tables as needed to accommodate the full group. Separate guest checks cannot be accommodated for groups of this size. The Sun Dial Complex Buyout Level 71, 72 & 73 up to 650 guests for a buffet or reception style event If you wish to host a fully private event, The Sun Dial can be closed to the public. A buy-out would include the main dining room, the observatory level and the bar level. This option is perfect for large group receptions or a cocktail hour and dinner combination. Satellite bars and food stations can be set-up throughout the complex and live entertainment is also permissible with a full complex buyout. The Bar Level guests for a cocktail style event Located on the 73 rd floor of The Sun Dial Complex, The Bar is perfect to host your next Cocktail or Reception style event. To accommodate groups of we would reserve a section of the bar level for a predetermined period of time. You would be assigned cocktail servers for drink orders and you are welcome to add displayed hors d oeuvres. All food items must be pre-ordered for groups of this size. The Sun Dial Dining Room Buyout Level guests for a plated, buffet or reception style event Group dining for parties of up to 320 guests can be accommodated in our Main Dining Room. An exclusive booking of our Main Dining Room can accommodate a heavy reception, plated or buffet dinner. The View Level guests for a seated event guests for a cocktail style event We apologize but speakers, live music and presentations are not allowed during restaurant hours. The View is able to accommodate receptions, plated meals, buffets and cocktail hour and dinner combination events. This space consists of eight viewing platforms, each of which branch off of the central walkway that encircles the core of the building and overlooks the restaurant below. Each of the platforms can be set up to fulfill your event logistics with a bar, food displays, cocktail tables, lounge furnishings or banquet rounds. The Bar Buyout Level guests for a cocktail style event The Bar has a capacity of up to 225 guests and functions well for reception style events with existing lounge seating for 130 guests, a large double bar and room for food displays and cocktail tables. Your group would have exclusive access to Level 73.
