9 Terms & Conditions for Birthday Parties: 1. A party booking will only be confirmed once a 50% advance payment is received towards the 3-hour party session and the F&B (Please note the advance payment for both is non-refundable). 2. Sailors Package parties have to be booked for a minimum slot of 3 hours (this is applicable for all kids attending & cannot be amended) 3. F&B menu needs to be finalized at least 5 to 7 days prior to your party. 4. F&B charges will be charged as per number of pax banded and a minimum guarantee of 30 pax is required. 5. Final numbers (adults & kids) along with a guest list must be handed over to the party coordinator at least 4 days prior to the party. 6. While we cannot make a guarantee, we will try our best to accommodate requests for re-scheduling your party in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The time criteria for rescheduling a party will be valid for only 1 month from the previously decided date. 7. All children and adults must wear socks while using the play areas. Please remind your guests to carry a pair. If you would like to provide for socks, please bring them to the venue before hand. 8. Host & guests must follow Kids Ahoy! rules & regulations as defined by our Rules of Play 9. Although our play supervisors will be present, the host must ensure that there is adequate supervision for their guests. 10. Professional photography for birthday parties must be arranged through Kids Ahoy! only 11. Videography is not permitted at Kids Ahoy! 12. Strictly no outside food/drinks permitted. (Except for a birthday cake) 13. Management reserves the right to change birthday packages, policies and terms & conditions as deemed necessary. 14. We reserve the right to reschedule your party for an alternative date if this is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. 15. Any pinatas to be hung must not have shiny dust or thermocol balls. Please fill the piñata with gifts and other fillers like chocolates etc.

10 Food & Beverage Terms & Conditions for Birthday Parties: 1. F&B menu needs to be finalized at least 5 to 7 days prior to your party. 2. F&B charges will be charged as per number of people banded and a minimum guarantee of 25 pax is required. 3. F&B minimum guarantees must be specified and finalised minimum 4 days before party. 4. Nanny Give Away Boxes can be organised in any budget starting Rs. 50 per box 5. Strictly no outside food/drinks permitted. (Except for a birthday cake) 6. To add any extra Veg/ Non Veg Items to the base Menu, charges are Rs. 50+GST and Rs. 60+GST respectively per head 7. The Ice-Cream in the base menu can be substituted for Veg Starter from the Substitute List. 8. Main Food buffet will be laid out for 1.5 hours maximum. 9. Menu for children and adults must be the same 10. Food from buffet cannot be packaged and taken home.
