2 General Information The Werribee Sports Club Inc is located in Werribee and overlooks the magnificent Avalon Airport Chirnside Park. It is easily located with ample parking for your guests. The Werribee Sports Club Inc. is a fully licensed club with friendly, dedicated and qualified staff. A $ booking fee (not a deposit, non refundable) applies to all functions and is to be paid to confirm your booking. This booking fee covers set-up, cleaning, tablecloths, napkins, tea/coffee, and public liability insurance and staffing. All functions booked are for five and a half hours with the latest possible finishing time to be 12am. We ask all entertainment to conclude by 12am. We allow live music, juke boxes and DJs. A 50 adult guest minimum is required for any single function booked and a menu option must be purchased. Room capacity is as follows: Cocktail ~ 200 guests Dinner Dance ~ 160 guests Wedding ~ 100 guests Buffet ~ 160 guests The Werribee Sports Club does not host teenage birthday parties (any age under 21). We do not hire the venue to anyone under the age of 21. Minors are permitted to attend functions as long as they are under parental supervision. All clients are required to make an appointment with our function manager to discuss all function details and terms and conditions. No glasses or drinks are to be taken beyond the stairs or outside. We are a fully licensed club and we do not allow any outside alcohol or catering to be brought into the venue. Prices are subject to change without notice

All prices quoted are inclusive of GST; All menu options require a minimum of 50 guests *For sit down menus and buffet options please speak to our function manager. 4 Beverage Options The Werribee Sports Club offers a variety of beverage options to suit everyone s needs. 5 Function Terms and Conditions Clients Name: Phone Number Address: Function Date: Booking Fee: 1. Tentative bookings are held for seven days. After this time, receipt of signed terms and conditions and the booking fee are required to secure the booking. If these details are not fulfilled, reservation will be automatically released. A minimum of 50 adult guests is required for any single function. 2. Requirements for menu, beverages, entertainment, room set up, start and finishing time and approximate guest numbers are required two weeks prior to event date. 3. Final confirmation of attendance is required seven days before event date, a minimum of 50 guests must be paid for. Should there be a reduction in numbers after the final confirmation, no refunds or reduction in price is available. 4. All cancellations must be notified to event manager in writing. Please note the booking fee is non refundable. 5. Following receipt of the booking fee final balance is required to be paid on the night of the event. We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. 6. The client will assume responsibility for any damages caused prior to, during or after the event by way of client guests or any other person attending event, whether in room or any part of venue and grounds surrounding the venue. 7. No items are to be attached, pinned, blu tacked, glued or sticky taped to any wall surface, windows, beams or curtains of function venue. No glitter, party poppers, rice, flower petals and confetti are to be used anywhere in function venue. A $ cleaning cost will apply to client if any of these items are used.

6 8. Please note all catering and alcohol must be provided in-house in accordance with the Werribee Football Club s food safety program and Liquor Licence Victoria. All liquor brought into venue for gifts and or prizes is required to be held by staff until the end of the function. A $ fee will apply to client if any guest is caught consuming outside alcohol in venue or surrounding grounds. A $700 fee will apply to client if any guest is caught taking any glass or drinks out of the function venue 9. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. 10. Please note client booking the function must be over the age of 21 and must stay until the end of the function. 11. Please note that staff have the right to refuse entry and service to any guest.
