3 HHBC.CO.ZA RESTAURANT OFFICE MAXIMUM CAPACITY MINIMUM SPEND MENU NON-EXCLUSIVE 20 / 30 Guests 195 pp Set menu choice 195 / 295 / 395 EXCLUSIVE 60 / 90 Guests 60 SEATED or 90 STANDING R10, 000 tues / wed R20, 000 thurs / fri / sat Family Style service OR Tapas Style 295 / 395 The Tap Room is located on the upper floor and can take up to 60 guests comfortably seated at communal tables or up to 90 guests for a standing cocktail style event. For non-exclusive bookings of guests a deposit of R100 per head will be required. A non refundable deposit of 50% secures your booking for exclusive use booking. Ample non-supervised parking is available across the road on the communal field. A 12.5% discretionary gratuity will apply to all functions. Secure parking is available within the gated courtyard. All food will be served family style in bowls and platters [seated] or Tapas style [standing] as per your preference. The menu must be finalised a minimum of 14 working days ahead of the event. For tables of guests, a set menu would need to be selected or preordered off the á la carte menu. We can offer an open bar, cash bar or limited bar depending on your preference for exclusive use bookings. If you would like to BYO, we charge R50 corkage per bottle and limit the number of bottles to 1 per 4 guests. We only serve our beers that we have on tap or bottled. We can create a signature cocktail / welcome drink for your event to add to your menu. The bar menu must be finalised with the food menu. 5pm access to the venue. 5:30pm service commencement or as requested. 11pm vacate the venue, thereafter an additional hire fee of R3000 per hour applies or part thereof till 2am. VALID UNTIL 31 SEPTEMBER FOOD PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. EXCLUDES DISCRETIONARY SERVICE CHARGE AT 12.5%, DRINKS, HIRE & EXTRAS.

6 HHBC.CO.ZA BAR B EQ UE NDABENI RESTAURANT OFFICE DEPOSITS + PAYMENTS To secure your exclusive booking a deposit equal to 50% the value of the agreed spend is required to be paid upfront. The booking will be held provisionally for 7 days. This deposit and signed terms and conditions will secure your reservation. The remaining fees for the event are required to be settled 48 hours ahead of the event by the latest. We require that your menus are finalized 14 days prior to the reservation date. Please forward a copy of the transfer to events@hhbc.co.za All changes must be confirmed via . All extra charges and bills for beverages, service etc must be settled on your departure. Please note that we do not carry accounts. A 12.5% discretionary gratuity will be added to the final food and beverage bill. All prices are quoted in South African Rand and are inclusive of 15% VAT. CANCELLATION POLICY Your provisional dates will be reserved for up to 2 weeks after your initial reservation has been made. Hoghouse reserves the right to release the booking should no deposit be made. For client cancellations inside a 45 day window before the reserved date, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited. For client cancellations less than 7 days before the reserved date, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. Hoghouse has the right to cancel any booking forthwith and without any liability on its part in the event of the following: damage by destruction of the venues by fire or any other causes. Please signed copy along with a signed menu to events@hhbc.co.za. Children are welcome if parental supervision is maintained at all times. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas with butt disposal facilities. Smokers are not permitted to litter. A patrons personal property brought onto the premises is not covered by the Hoghouse Insurance. The utmost of care will be taken at all times but we cannot accept liability for the loss or damage thereof. FUNCTIONS BOOKINGS INCLUDE Sufficient staffing to carry out the function according to specifications. The restaurants existing and available stock of tables, chairs/benches, cutlery, paper napkins, glassware and serveware for plating and dishing up food. The client is welcome to arrange additional items for the event, with the consent of the Hoghouse.
