12 TERMS & CONDITIONS Your reservation will be confirmed once 1. We receive acceptance of these Terms and Conditions 2. We have the host s credit card details on file to secure the reservation The security of your credit card details are important to us, therefore we only take these details over the phone. Confirmed final numbers are required 24 hours in advance of the booking. In the event that one or more of your party do not attend and we have not been notified at least 24 hours in advance, there shall be a Non Attendance Fee' of 15 per non attending guest If the unlikely occurs and damage is caused to our venue by any member of your group we will ask the host to cover the cost of repair or additional cleaning. We are very family friendly but we also love being well prepared for every group. For the avoidance of doubt; please book for a whole group size including any children. Let us know in advance if you require any high chairs. In accordance with our premises license last drinks orders are at 11:15pm. The bill will be presented at 11:30pm. The building must be vacated by 12am. Payment must be made on the day via debit card, credit card, AMEX or Apple Pay but not by cash or cheque. We cannot accept payments in advance or in arrears. The host is responsible for ensuring the bill is paid in full. Terms and conditions must be agreed before the deposit is taken. These can be signed electronically HERE.

13 DECORATIONS & SOUND Whilst we are happy with table decorations, place cards and balloons we do not permit wall decorations and ask the you refrain from bringing party poppers, streamers or confetti into the venue. There are no storage facilities on site and we are therefore unable to store decorations before or after the booking. We have carefully chosen a playlist at W5 for the enjoyment of all guests therefore, whilst we may be able to lower the volume in your area, we cannot accommodate personal music requests. FOOD & DRINK POLICY The minimum spend must be covered by the host themselves. We cannot accommodate individual orders to make up the minimum spend. As the host, you can specify the beverage options available to guests on the account to make up your minimum spend. Anything outside of this will require immediate payment. The host must state their preference of whether they will be covering additional costs or the individual guest. Whilst we acknowledge guests may have allergies, it is their responsibility to ensure they check what they eat is suitable for them. The same food selection is to be taken by the entire group with no exceptions. We are unable to take split orders e.g. 5 chefs selections and 5 light bites for a party of 10 or under ordering e.g. ordering 5 chefs selections for a group of 10. We do permit guests to bring in their own cake through prior engagement- applicable with exclusive use only. No other food or drink is permitted to be brought on to the premises.
