Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks are run as a separate Bar Tab Or Inclusive Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks Package at $25.00 per head (6 hour period) Kids $10.00 per head Venue Hire and Services: We have Three Function Rooms to cater for your function in which we are pleased to offer Complimentary room hire subject to a minimum of 45 guests. (Complimentary room hire does not include Finger Food Functions) The following are standard in all Functions: Function duration is for a 6 hour period. Any extra time is charged at ½ hour periods. Cake and Present Table Round Tables of, 10, 12 guests (standard based on 10 guests) White Linen Tablecloths Paper Serviettes (Linen Napkins are available at $1.00 each) Cordless Microphone Disabled Lift and Bathrooms Ample Car Park Special Dietary Requirements can be arranged eg. 2 Terms of Booking - Functions - Tentative bookings are held for a two week period free of deposit. - A deposit of $ is required to secure your booking. (In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable). Final payment is to be settled at the completion of your function. - Final menu s need to be finalised 2 weeks prior to your function with an indication of number of guests. However final number of guests can be finalised 7 days prior to your function. * Please note: it is imperative you finalise your menu 2 weeks prior to your function otherwise certain foods may not be available upon request. - Payments can be made via bank cheque, cash, eftpos and credit card (NO AMEX or Diners Club), however cheques are not accepted on final payment unless you are a member of the Club. Payments made by credit card over $1000 will incur a 1% fee. - The food component of all functions must be paid in full by the Monday prior to your function. Not paying may result in cancellation. The remaining balance may then be paid at the end of your function. - Prices are current as per quote. EXTRA TIME CHARGES FOR FUNCTIONS Engagement Other Functions $200 per half hour $150 per half hour If you choose to extend the function after the 6 hour period, an extra charge will apply for every half hour thereafter.
