18 Wedding Celebrations For your Special Day the MV Dolphin Explorer is available for onboard Weddings and Celebrations. You can hold your Wedding Ceremony on board together with your reception or simply hold your reception only. We offer a range of menus from this booklet or can design a menu to suit your special requirements. We can offer the most simplest of receptions from 2hours with light finger food and non-alcoholic beverages to the packages & menus available in the booklet. We can suggest table settings and have available a range of reasonably priced Wedding decoration packages. Drinks Packages and Professional DJ entertainment are also available For further information to discuss your requirements please call Alison on Wedding Ceremonies You may hold your wedding ceremony on board the vessel, although prior arrangement is required. We have 2 options; you may pay a ceremony fee of $300 for an extra 30 mins of boat hire to hold your ceremony. Or you may wish to use some of your function time for your ceremony at no extra cost (duration of function varies depending upon menu chosen). Confetti, rice, rose petals and glitter are not permitted on board, should you or your guests do so a cleaning charge of $100 is payable at the time of the function. 19 Booking Conditions Menu Pricing and Payment Details All Menu Prices in this booklet include GST Deposit requirements & Final Payments refer to your selected menu. Refunds Strictly NO refunds given after final payment is made or from 30 days prior to function. Bookings are confirmed when a deposit has been received in accordance with the conditions on your selected menu Please note Departure at the end of the function within 15 minutes or additional charter costs are incurred Lunchtime Cruises (excl Sundays) To start a luncheon cruise we require a minimum of 20 adults who can choose the function menu and departure time. Subsequent bookings may be for any number of passengers including Groups or Individuals, subject to seating limits. Dinner Cruises To start a dinner cruise we require a minimum of 30 Adults* for the 1st booking, who can choose the function menu and departure time. Subsequent bookings may be for any number of passengers including Groups or Individuals, subject to seating limits. DJ available by arrangement. *Barbeque, Smorgasbord & Pirate s Cocktail menu require a minimum of 40 Adults. Private Charters MV Dolphin Explorer is available for Private Charter, subject to availability. Conditions also apply. Payment must be made in full 30 days prior to cruise. Christmas Function Bookings for Nov & Dec For Friday and Saturday nights the Menu is pre set for the Starlight Christmas Dinner Menu (Unless you book out a whole function area, then you may choose your menu). Sunday to Thursday nights all Menus are available. (Cruise & All Menus are Subject to Change without Notice) 19

20 Booking Conditions Confirmation & Payment Tentative bookings are held for 2 weeks only & will AUTOMATICALLLY LAPSE unless we receive the required deposit, which will secure your booking. Deposit requirements are listed in the menu booklet and once deposit is paid NO refund shall be given unless cancellation of the seat reservation is given with at least 2 months notice. Final numbers is required no later than 30 DAYS PRIOR to function date and there are no alterations after this date. Final payment will be confirmed at this time and final payment to be received no later than 14 days prior to your function (NO refunds for non attendance will be given after this date). Unless you have chosen a private charter in which full payment must be made 30days prior to your function. Function Cancellation On cancellation of a function, deposits will only be refunded when we have another confirmed booking with equal numbers and is booked for the time and date specified. Cancellation of booking 30 days or less prior to function, NO refund will be given. Cancellation by Port River Dolphin Cruises, Dolphin Explorer for any reason a full refund of deposits and payments will be given, no compensation for cancellation on our behalf will be given under any circumstances. Drink Tabs and Packages Drink package details & options are in your menu booklet. Should you wish to select a drink package option you must confirm details and pay in accordance with your booking function conditions. Drink Tabs on consumption basis are available although must be organized prior to the function date. Details required are: tab limit, specified drinks available on tab, method of payment is either a credit card on the night, cheque or cash before the function starts. Should you wish to allocate a higher limit during your function you may do so with payment due on the spot. BYO facility is not available. Legal Obligations Port River Dolphin Cruises and Proprietors accepts NO responsibility to any injuries sustained to any person as a result of equipment installed, decorations and DJ/Band equipment supplied by the client or clients servants. We accept no responsibility for any gifts or goods at the function or left behind at the conclusion of a function. By confirmation of a booking and payment of a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to the afore-mentioned conditions.
