2 Booking Process A booking form is to be completed within 5 business days in order to secure your reservation. PLEASE NOTE: Credit card details are only required to secure the reservation and no deposit will be taken from this card unless a deposit is requested for your type of booking. Deposits can also be paid via bank transfer, please contact us for further information. Cash payment in person at Lotus Dumpling Bar is also accepted. Any bookings of 8 or more will incur a 10% service charge. We will always try our best to accommodate dietary requirements. 6 Terms & Conditions TIME RESTRICTIONS All lunch reservations must depart the restaurant no later than 5.00 pm. All dinner reservation must depart the restaurant no later than pm. SPECIAL OCCASIONS We look forward to celebrating your special occasion at Lotus Dumpling Bar. We do allow table decorations but kindly we ask that no helium balloons, confetti or glitter are used. CHILDREN Lotus Dumpling Bar welcomes children. When making your reservation please clarify any additional space that you may need for a pram or a request of a highchair. Children are more than welcome to order from our main menu as Lotus Dumpling Bar does not have a kids menu. CANCELLATIONS Should a guest cancel within 24 hours of the reservation, a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be applied to the credit card on file. CONFIRMATIONS We will contact you no later than 48 hours before your reservation to confirm final numbers. Once numbers have been confirmed, any amendments will be at the discretion of the events and venue managers.
