2 BOOKING PROCESS A booking form is to be completed within 5 business days in order to secure your reservation. Please note: -Credit card details are only required to secure the reservation and no deposit will be taken from this card unless a deposit is requested for your type of booking. -Deposits can also be paid via bank transfer, please contact us for further information. 6 TERMS & CONDITIONS Time Restrictions All lunch reservations must depart the restaurant no later than 5:00pm. All dinner reservations must depart the restaurant no later than 11: 00 pm. Beverage Selection For groups of 10 or more a beverage package is compulsory to ensure stock availability for your event. Parking Wilson Barangaroo - 5 Towns Place, Millers point Wilson Napoleon Street Napoleon Street Sydney Parking costs can be found at Special occasions We look forward to celebrating your special occasion at Lotus Barangaroo. We do allow table decorations but kindly ask that no helium balloons, confetti or glitter are used. Children Lotus Barangaroo welcomes children. When making your reservation, please clarify any additional space that you may need for a pram or a request of a highchair. Children are more than welcome to order from our main menu as Lotus Barangaroo does not have a kids menu. Cancellations Should a guest cancel within 24 hours of the reservation; a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be applied to the credit card on file. Confirmations We will contact you no later than 48 hours before your reservation to confirm final numbers. Once numbers have been confirmed, any amendments will be at the discretion of the events and venue managers. Cakes We are delighted that you have chosen to celebrate your event with us at Lotus. To make your day even more special, please talk to us about ordering one of our Lotus cakes. Please note we do not allow external cakes to be brought into our venues.
