WELCOME TO THE BATHS The Baths Upstairs overlooks Melbourne s only remaining sea baths, offering fine cuisine and unbeatable service with magnificent panoramic views of the city and Port Phillip Bay. This relaxed, beach-side restaurant venue is a superb location for any occasion. The Baths Upstairs can host up to 120 guests seated and 200 guests cocktail style. Alternatively, you may choose to utilise the facilities of our private dining room which offers a more intimate space up to 28 guests. The private dining room is perfect for intimate weddings, corporate lunches and dinners, birthdays, anniversaries and everything in-between. For smaller less formal events, The Baths Cafe & Bar specialises in hosting exclusive functions with up to 120 cocktail style. The cafe has an easily accessible bar as well as an outside decking area which extends over the water allowing you to enjoy the amazing sunsets. We welcome venue inspections which are available with our events team by appointment.

6 EVENT PROCESS FAQ We are here to assist you throughout all stages of your exclusive event or wedding with any questions you may have 1. Enquire with our events team and have a discussion about your requirements 2. Book a site inspection to view our venue and see the spectacular views for yourself 3. Lock in your date with a deposit 4. An in-depth meeting will be arranged to go over all your event logistics 5. 2 month to go! All logistics will be in place 6. 3 weeks to go! Final numbers confirmed and payment required FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS At The Baths, we are extremely flexible regarding guest dietary requirements. We just need to know what dietary requirements there will be attending and we cater to these on the day. 2. TENTITIVE BOOKINGS Tentative bookings can be held for up to 7 days, upon receipt of a deposit the booking will then be confirmed. 3. DEPOSIT AMOUNTS For exclusive wedding and event bookings, the deposit amount is $2,000 with the outstanding balance due up to 3 weeks before the date of the event. Once we have received payment the deposit is non-refundable. 4

ACCESSIBILITY The Baths has ramps to all areas of the venue, including a lift and accessible restroom in accordance to the Discrimination Act PARKING Metered parking is in operation around The Baths. Between the hours of 8am and 8pm up to 4 hour parking can be purchased for $12 or $5 for 1 hour. 5

MENU SELECTIONS Canape Selection - Our cafe canape menu is varied, however if there something from the Upstiars excluisve menu that catches your eye, you are more than welcome to choose an option from this. There would be additional charge for this. 10. BEVERAGE PACKAGES The Baths Package includes the options in the house beverage drinks package. If you wish to upgrade and choose you own wines you can do so at an additional cost stated in the add-ons. The beverage package must run for the duration of the event. Unfortunately corkage on spirits is not available. 11. SUPPLIER SET-UP TIMES Depending on the date and time of your wedding or event suppliers are welcome to bump in from 5pm for evening functions. Inventory cannot be stored and must be removed from the venue after the function has concluded. Small items may be stored 48 hours prior, with bigger items bumped in on the day. 12. MENU TASTINGS Unfortunately, we don t offer menu tastings, however we encourage guests to come and try our a la carte offering as your wedding or event choices will be of the same high standard.
