A SPACE JUST FOR YOU Our function spaces can be customised to suit your needs. Read through the options and if you require more information you can book an appointment to organise a walkthrough with the function co-ordinator. The Courtyard Awning An undercover space with awnings that can be opened for easy access to the beer garden with the potential to combine spaces. It s ideal for both business and leisure functions including wedding receptions, private dinners, cocktail parties and team building events. The Courtyard includes a mixture of tall tables and dining tables that can be arranged to suit your needs. The space can also be divided into two to accommodate events of different sizes. Half Courtyard Full Courtyard Capacity: 50 standing // 40 seated Capacity: 100 standing // 80 seated Space hire fee: $100 Space hire fee: $200 Minimum spend on food: $450* Minimum spend on food: $900* 2

3 The Garden Is a great outdoor space for mingling, cocktails and canapés. The area consists of low lounges, dining tables and wine barrel tables. It can be sectioned off for a smaller group, utilised on its own or combined with the Courtyard Awning for large events. Please note that the entire space is only available to be booked during daylight saving time. Smaller groups welcome all year. Standing Capacity: 100 Space hire fee: $100 (when booking entire space) No minimum spend required on food or beverages The Courtyard Awning + The Garden Combining these spaces increases your event capacity to 200+ guests for a cocktail and canapé style event. Standing Capacity: 200 Space hire fee: $300 Minimum spend on food: $1350* The Pool Room Consists of tall tables & stools, ottomans, low seating and you guessed it... a pool table! This space can used as is, or a cover can be provided for the pool table for a cocktail and canapé style function. This area also has bi-folding doors which can be opened up for a touch of outdoor space during warmer months. Standing Capacity: 30 Space hire fee: $100 No minimum spend required on food or beverages * minimum spends apply to Friday, Saturday & show nights, please ask about midweek rates. Security charges may also apply, you will be informed at time of enquiry if this is required. 3

4 eat We offer four styles of function catering, designed with every budget and tastebud in mind. These styles can also be combined for larger events. Grazing Stations We ll set up a beautifully presented grazing station, ready for the arrival of your guests. There are three gourmet options to choose from. See menu on page 8 Minimum 30 guests Cost: $18 - $28 p/head Individual Platters Order individual platters from our platter menu. Platters are suitable for small gatherings and larger casual events. See menu on page 9 No minimum number of guests Cost: $40 - $130 p/platter Canape style Guests will be treated to a selection of our chef s delicious creations. All canapés are served by our professional wait staff. See menu on page 10 Minimum 30 guests Cost: $22 - $32 p/head Set Menu We offer a two or three-course set menu option. Our menus are designed to suit most tastes. however, you are more than welcome to discuss a tailor made menu to suit the style of your event. Vegetarian and all dietary requirements can also be catered for. See menu on page 11 Minimum 30 guests Cost: $45 - $55 p/head 4

Our drink selections are always changing, please ask your function co-ordinator for an updated menu.
