Ranging from breakfast, lunch, cocktail, or dinner the Bendigo Club will do it all, making sure your Christmas function is hassle free and full of enjoyment for all. Please see below for areas available for private hire and if you would like more information or discuss hire costs of the areas, please contact our Events CoOrdinator on Naismith Room The Bendigo Club s main function room overlooks the bowling green and gardens and can cater for up to 180 guests. Including a large dance floor and full bar facilities, the room is perfect for formal dinners or large stand-up events. Full AV equipment is available and adjoining the room is a large external deck perfect for extra space or pre dinner drinks and canapes. Woodbury Room Suited to smaller and less formal events, the room has full AV setup, with catering and full bar service also available. The Woodbury Room can join with the Naismith Room to cater for functions of up to 250 people. Members Bar Recently renovated, the Members Bar is suited to smaller parties, dinners and meetings. Full bar service is available along with several large LCD televisions lining the room. Garden Terrace The hidden gem of Bendigo boasting a large paved area, water fountain, lush trees and gardens. Catering for up to 70 guests, the Terrace is Ideal for relaxed lunches, gourmet BBQ s or a cocktail party under the stars. White linen and Christmas decorations are included in the booking of any of the above spaces. 6 CLUB PARTY OTHER INFORMATION Do you have a smaller group but still want to have a christmas breakup? Perhaps you re too busy to organise things? We ve got the answer for you... Use this area to take down any notes you may need when organising your function with us. Our hosted Christmas party on Friday December 14th takes the hassle out of organising your Chrismas breakup. We ll organise the dinner, decorations, and the entertainment! All you have to do is tell us how many are coming along, and remember to dust off the good clothes for a night of fun and entertainment! Your group table will include Tables set with linen, bon bons, and decorations 3 course dinner consisting of; Roasted Butternut Pumpkin Soup or Duck Spring Rolls Trio of Roasts (Pork, Turkey, and Honey Baked Ham) served with all the trimmings and traditional roast vegetables Christmas Pudding served with Brandied Custard and Ice cream or Brandy Snap Baskets with Fresh Fruit Salad Live entertainment on the night from 8:30pm Kick up your heels and dance away until your heart s content Lucky door prizes on the night...and a few other little surprises $39 All for only per person
