Ideal for work Christmas functions, birthday celebrations, engagement parties, corporate events, and many more, we can cater specifically to your needs. Our expert team can create a food and beverage package to suit your budget and match the style of event you would like to host. 3 FUNCTION SPACES The Lionleigh is one of Rockhampton s premier function venues. We can provide the perfect venue for your special occasion and we are able to cater for everything from a coffee and catch up to a sit down wedding for 60 and everything in between. We have a number of function spaces available for hire. THE LOUNGE (10-15 seated) For the more relaxed style of event. This area is intimate, carpeted and provides comfortable lounge seating and coffee tables away from all the hustle and bustle. This is ideal for lazy afternoon get-togethers, relaxed business meetings or even a baby shower. THE DANCE FLOOR (40-60 seated) Ideal for larger functions, this area holds sitting 80 standing. Eat, dance, and party the night away. This area includes a stage perfect for karaoke, live entertainment or presentations. THE BEER GARDEN (20 seated or 30 standing) Outdoor, private, and undercover, the Beer Garden is perfect for Hens and Bucks nights. This space includes a designated smoking area, ceiling fans and a pool table. Please contact our Functions Coordinator about booking one of our function spaces. Functions rooms are subject to a minimum spend.

We have a number of function spaces available for hire. THE BISTRO (60-70 seated) Book a table or hire out the entire area for your next function. Seating available for people. Guests can choose and buy their own meals from our bistro menu or if you hire the entire area you could choose a combination of meals for a more formal alternate drop dining experience. There is also a kids playroom filled with fun things to entertain the little ones for hours. Minimum spend: $200 WHOLE VENUE HIRE Are you hosting a larger event? We offer the option to combine all of the above areas and allow your guests to spread out. A whole venue hire is ideal for functions of up to 200 people. Free room hire is available with a minimum spend over bar/food. Our Food Platters cater for up to people each. We have a large selection and they are sure to please. Alternatively, use our current menu and let your quests choose and buy their own meal or we can create select menu by choosing from our range of entrees, mains and desserts. We are happy to work with your budgets and for those with special requests or dietary requirements our function co-ordinator will be more than happy to consult with our head chef to accommodate your needs. 8 TERMS & CONDITIONS Tentative Bookings To give you the opportunity to plan your function, we are pleased to hold a tentative booking on your preferred date for a period of 7 days. During this time, should we receive another enquiry on that date, we will contact you to ascertain whether you would like to confirm the booking. Please do not hesitate to contact our team if you need an extension on this time. All pricing is subject to change. Confirmation To confirm bookings we require a $200 deposit within 7 days of your enquiry. All bookings will be confirmed when the required deposit and signed forms are received. If the deposit is not received within these 7 days we may release the date to other prospective clients. Final Numbers & Payment We would appreciate an estimate of your guest numbers 7 days prior to your function. Any platter orders must be placed 7 days prior to the function date. Any subsequent charges are payable at the conclusion of the function. Cancellation Should your function be cancelled within 14 days of the function date all booking fees, bonds and deposits shall remain the property of The Lionleigh. Responsible Service of Alcohol All team members at The Lionleigh are trained in Responsible Service of Alcohol and may by law, refuse to serve alcohol to any person that is deemed to be intoxicated. Damage Organisers are financially responsible for any loss sustained to the venue including damage to the premises, its fittings, equipment and grounds. The organizers of the function are also responsible for any damage caused by their guests outside contractors or agents, prior to, during, or after the event. Loss of Property The Lionleigh will not accept any responsibility for any loss of property left on the premises prior, during, or after the function. This responsibility lies solely with the client. Security The Lionleigh reserves the right, without liability, to exclude or manage patrons who breach any polices or legal responsibilities whilst on, or prior, to entering our venue. We also provide such personnel to ensure your safety and first aid needs are met.
