At Apple, we take pride in our ability to tailor make a package to suit all of our clients individual needs and budgets. Our unrivalled supplier relationships enable us to take care of even the smallest detail to deliver an event to remember. Apple is available for exclusive hire any day. However, events on Thursday and Saturday are subject to availability. Use of this equipment is charged on application. Events over 40 guests will incur a levy fee of $100 for staffing purposes, please see your events manager for further information.

4 Main Gallery With sweeping cathedral ceilings, dazzling chandeliers and bold, lavish décor; the Main Gallery sets the stage for an event like no other. This large seamless space can easily accommodate a runway event, product launch or extravagant cocktail party for up to 450 people. Featuring a long custom-built bar complete with tap and imported beers, wines from around the globe and one of Adelaide s most creative cocktail lists, the Main Gallery will get your party started right. Also features a DJ booth with world-class sound systems, stage and state-of-the-art lighting.

5 Lobby Our signature entrance makes an impression for all the right reasons! Smoking Deck Perfect as a breakout room from the Main Gallery, this quintessentially stylish space can welcome up to 80 guests cocktail-style. A comprehensive cocktail, spirit and fine wine list is available for all Lobby events. The partially undercover space is ideal as an extra breakout area, and can hold up to 40 people.

6 The Lounge Room An exclusive and intimate space, the Lounge Room is designed with indulgence in mind. Featuring moody lighting, plush velvet drapes and Louis XV armchairs, it s the perfect spot for an exclusive event of 120 guests cocktail or lounge style. A dance floor and DJ booth are also available.

Diamond 3hr Platinum Beverage Package = $135 + GST per head 4hr Platinum Beverage Package = $155 + GST per head 5hr Platinum Beverage Package = $175 + GST per head Includes: Basic spirits, cocktails, imported beer in bottles and on tap, premium champagne, white wine and red wine, soft drink and bottled water. Bar and floor staff (tray service can be available on request). Security guards (number of guards will be dependent on number of people attending event). The Venue s decision regarding removal of patrons from hotel premises is final. Cleaning of venue is also included.

Peking duck pancakes with spring onion, cucumber, fresh coriander and mint and plum sauce (Add $1.50 for this option). Rare roast beef with horseradish cream and sun dried tomato on a herb crostini (crouton). Sushi choose from seafood, chicken or vegetarian. With dipping sauce.
