3 PG 3 LAYOUT// THE CONFIGURATION OF THE LONDON FUNCTION SPACES ENABLE ALL STYLES OF OCCASIONS TO BE CELEBRATED The courtyard can seat up to 40 guests. Garden Bar can seat a total of 50 guests. Upstairs is a perfect venue for product launches, birthday celebrations or corporate events. The space can seat up to 80 guests or be split into 2 smaller spaces. UPSTAIRS UNDERWOOD ROOM Upstairs sunlit room with windows on 2 sides, guests are seated on one long table. Ideal for: Set menu. UPSTAIRS WILLIAM ROOM Seating a maximum 28 guests over 5 booths, guests can also enjoy pre-dinner drinks in this space. Ideal for: Canapé & cocktail style.

Groups of 30 or more are required to select a Banquet Menu for their party. The nook is an intimate space with a large round table & glass door that can be closed for privacy seating up to 8 guests. The Underwood Room seats up to 24 guests on one long table. > > Minimum spend $5,000 (discounted minimum spend of $3,000 for lunch 12pm-4pm Monday to Friday) > > Set Menu for guests or Canape Menu for guests > > Exclusive access to the Cocktail bar > > Spirits, Beers and wines > > Option for own music (can plug an ipod into our system) or DJ must provide their own speakers & amp. > > Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations including flowers & balloons.
