7 Wedding Ceremony Wedding Ceremony Exclusive use of our ceremony space looking out amongst the vines or under the alfresco area (wet weather option). Ceremony rehearsal with Bridal Party and Celebrant to run through details and music, on an arranged date prior to the day. Afternoon ceremony from 11am Evening from 5pm Complete set up including: 30 chairs 10m Plush Red Carpet Signing table with linen cloth and 2 chairs 1 hour use of space Complete pack down of ceremony & care of all your table wear, gift table & decorative items, to be stored in a safe and exclusive use area at the conclusion of the reception, until convenient for your collection. Total Cost $600

8 Terms and conditions Money Particulars 15% deposit confirms date of function Balance is payable 14 days prior to function Cancellation Charges If cancelled 1 month from function date, full deposit Is forfeited. All function details confirmed 14 days prior to function date and no refunds if cancelled, once number of guest is confirmed if that number drops after 14 days prior to function date, there will still be charged to the client. Additional guests and charges to be paid on the day of the function. Any outstanding balance of function due the day of function (e.g. tab on bar etc) Hours and Duration of Functions Cocktail function 3 hour food service and 4 hour venue, Sit down function 4 hours. Extra hours charged at $ per hour, plus cost of drinks. Our license is utill 11pm, Lunch function concluded by 4pm, Dinner function concluded by 11pm Premises must be vacated half an hour after function has concluded. To exclusively book our venue a minimum spend of $2,500 applies. Other Access and use of all areas in and around the property is subject to approval by the manager. Photographic requests must be discussed prior to the function. Wedding and other ceremonies may be held on the grounds by arrangement. Confetti is not permitted. Smoking is permitted on patio area. the little vineyard reserves the right to pass onto the client any costs associated with cleaning or repairing damage to the property as a result of inappropriate guest behaviour. The musician s award stipulates that all entertainers (if applicable) must be provided with a meal. We can provide this at a charge of package price per musician to the client.
