Our passionate and welcoming staff are dedicated to making your event one to remember - we work closely with you to create your perfect day. Set amongst 117 hectares of tranquil bushland the Lodge is an inspiring setting for your wedding or special event. Our elegant reception room can cater for up 130 guests, while outdoor entertaining areas provide the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks and canapés. 11 Beverages The Little Desert Nature Lodge is a licensed facility able to cater for your every need. Choose from a per person beverage package or a bar tab tailored to your individual needs and budget. Standard Beverage Packages start from 3 Hour Beverage Package $30.00 per person 4 Hour Beverage Package $40.00 per person 5 Hour Beverage Package $50.00 per person Selected wines include two red, two white and one house sparkling We also offer premium wine, beer and sprit packages to suit your requirements. Bar Tabs Bar Tabs are charged on a consumption basis with beverage inclusions and limits tailored to suit your requirements. Bar tabs may include champagne, selected red and white wines from our wine list, a range of bottled beers, soft drinks and spirits. Accommodation All your requirements are under the one roof when you choose Little Desert Nature Lodge for your wedding celebration or special event. Your wedding party and guests can stay in a choice of accommodation options including 24 Ensuite rooms 16 four share bunk rooms with shared bathroom amenities Powered or non powered camp sites
12 Booking Terms and Conditions Confirmation A function booking can only be confirmed upon receipt of a $1,500 deposit and signed booking agreement. 1. Little Desert Nature Lodge reserves the right to cancel a booking and allocate the venue to another client if the deposit has not been received within 21 days of the booking being made. 2. Should your function fall on a public holiday a surcharge of 25% of the total cost of your function will apply. 3. Clients are financially responsible for any damage sustained to the property during their function. 4. Function room must be cleared of decorations, gifts and all items brought in by you at the end of the evening unless otherwise arranged. Booking Cancellation Bookings cancelled after a deposit has been received are subject to the following terms: 1. Cancellation more than 90 days prior to the function date, the deposit amount will be refunded less a $250 administration fee. 2. Cancellation within 90 days prior to the function date, the client will forfeit the full deposit and any cancellation fees and costs that Little Desert Nature Lodge incurs will be paid by the client. 3. Less than 30 days 50% of the estimated function cost will be paid by the client. 4. If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the function date, 100% of the function costs will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing or by . Postponements will also incur Cancellation terms. Final Payment 1. Anticipated final numbers are requested 14 days prior to the function date. 2. Guaranteed final numbers are required 7 working days prior to the function. Numbers confirmed at this time will be catered and charge for even if less eventuate. 3. Balance of function payment is due 7 days prior to the event. Beverage accounts to be paid in full on the night or before departure. 4. Bookings 2 months or less prior to event date are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total estimated function costs. Children Children are welcome to attend events at the Lodge. Children s menus are available and a selection is to be chosen prior to the event as with other menus. A limited amount of high chairs are available. For functions who have exclusively booked out our Confetti For the protection of our natural environment and wildlife we do not allow confetti to be thrown in the function room and on our property grounds. Event Duration Evening functions are for a standard 5 hour duration and must conclude by12am. Extensions may be granted where there is the availability to do so, at an additional cost of $300 per hour. Liquor license laws prohibit the service of alcohol beyond 12am (midnight). Entertainment is to cease by 11pm for non-exclusive use functions and 12am (midnight) for exclusive use functions. Function Guest Behaviour 1. Function Guests are to respect the peaceful enjoyment of the Lodge s facilities and surrounds, including the privacy of any in-house accommodation guests. 2. Function Guests will be required to adhere to the Lodge s commitment to responsible service of alcohol. The Lodge reserves the right of refusal of service to any Function Guests deemed by the staff to be intoxicated. 3. No alcoholic beverages may be removed from the function area.
