5 The NUTS & BOLTS To assist us in successfully delivering your function, we would appreciate your attention to the following terms and conditions: CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING ALL bookings must be accompanied by the required deposit, which is $10 per head. Your deposit shall be deducted from your final bill at the completion of your function. If your deposit is not received within seven (7) days of booking confirmation your booking will automatically revert to a vacancy within ort functions calendar. The FINAL account must be settled 48hrs prior to your function starting. FINAL NUMBERS The final numbers shall be advised at least two (2) working days prior to your function and will be the minimum number of guests which will be catered and charged. Full payment for your desired package is also required two (2) working days prior to your function. Should your advised numbers increase, then additional catering and charges will be incurred. If the final head count is considerably higher than the confirmed numbers, the additional food cost will be added to your bar tab. MENU SELECTION Menu selection should be advised seven (7) days prior to your scheduled function. Due to seasonal changes, our menus may vary and prices are subject to variation. BEVERAGE All beverages consume for the duration of your function shall be charged at our standard Hotel prices and is based on consumption. The beverage selection available to your guests may be as extensive or limited as you wish and as such can be tailored to your specific requirements. Note: The Junction Hotel is licensed until Midnight and as such bar service shall cease at 11.45pm RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL In accordance with Liquor Licensing Laws and responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Policies, The Junction Hotel reserves the right to refuse service and cease the supply of alcoholic beverages ato any patron who displays the signs of intoxication. Persons under the age of eighteen (18) years are not permitted to consume alcohol and must be in the immediate presence of their parent or legal guardian at all times.
