Our Function room is fully licensed, air-conditioned with it s own private deck overlooking Laguna Bay. Enclosed are our packages for your perusal. Whether catering for 10 people or 250, for functions, parties or corporate meetings, we can take the stress out of planning your function. 5 BEVERAGE PACKAGES Noosa Reef Beverage Packages Below are some beverage options we recommend 1. Run an open bar tab and pay at the end of the night. 2. Run an open bar tab with a maximum spend. 3. Limit the range of drinks and run an open bar. 4. Limit the range of drinks and set a maximum spend. Beverages are charged on a consumption basis. The Reef welcome s you to customise a drink s menu to suit your individual style. Guests will be informed of the progressive amount after each $500 interval. Bar tab s can be extended on the night. Previous payment or a credit card must be supplied in advance or on the night. An itemised account of all purchases will be provided with payment at the end of the evening. Please be aware our license does not permit patrons or beverages on the outside deck after 10pm. We will notify you of this 15 minute s prior and welcome you to continue indoors. Our Liquor License also requires minors to vacate the premises by 10pm. The Reef advises ALL guests carry current ID.

9 TERMS & CONDITIONS Room/Balcony Hire Monday Thursday $150 or Friday Sunday $250 Deposit is the equivilant of room hire and is recommended to be paid a.s.a.p to secure your booking. Tentative bookings will only be held for 7 days without deposit. In accordance with food and safety compliance and The Reef House Policy, no left over food is permitted to be taken away from the premises. Cakes are happily refrigerated until required but a cutting and plating fee of $2pp will apply. * conditions apply Power point presentations are also available and all arrangements can be made by speaking to our functions Co-ordinator. (A personal laptop computer will need to be provided) Music Due to license restrictions we are unable to have DJ s, soloists or external music to be brought into the venue. The function room does however have inhouse music (nightlife) that plays into the room. Responsible Service of Alcohol All patrons must have proof of age on them at all times. Persons under the age of 18yrs attending the function will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. All Noosa Reef staff are trained in RSA and may refuse service to any patron that is said to be unduly intoxicated or disorderly.
