2 OUR SPACES Committee Room Filled with priceless memorabilia that has shaped the Clubs history, the committee room is on the second floor. It is an ideal space for an intimate function. COCKTAIL min 10 max 20 SEATED min 10 max 20 Bayview Room The Bayview room located on the second floor is the Clubs premium room overlooking Melbourne s skyline. The Bayview room is a stunning space connected to the balcony overlooking the bay. COCKTAIL min 100 max 500 SEATED min 100 max 180 with dancefloor 200 no dancefloor Room Hire offers complimentary room hire provided minimum numbers are met. 8 CEREMONY We would love to host your ceremony outside on our beautiful deck, The wet weather plan would be to conduct your ceremony in the room on the dance floor The cost to have your ceremony is $1000 DANCE FLOOR The cost to hire the dance floor is $500 FLORAL & DESIGN Flowers add a fantastic look to any event. Creative designs, bright colours and of course that wonderful smell will really bring your whole wedding together. Speak with your event manager about colour matching and themes available. We are also able to assist in putting you in touch with some of Melbourne best florists. FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES We work closely with a number of furniture, linen and lighting suppliers who all have great in-house teams to assist in giving your wedding the look you desire VENUE INSPECTIONS Please contact Courtney or Caitlin to discuss your event. 9 DEPOSITS A $1000 deposit is required to secure the booking. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays. FINAL NUMBERS & PAYMENTS We require your confirmation of final numbers and dietary requirements 10 working days prior to your event. Payment of any balance owing is due no later than 7 days before your event. Once your final payment has been made, there is no refund even if guest numbers decrease. Any additional charges incurred on the day such as beverages on consumption, a bar tab, or an increase in guest numbers are payable at the conclusion of the event PARKING Next door is paid parking and across the road at Quest we can arrange additional parking. There is also free street parking in the area. ACCOMMODATION We work closely with Quest Brighton on the Bay apartments directly across the road in providing Accommodation solutions for guests. AUDIO VISUAL provides a small range of audio visual solutions including brand new sound system, roof mounted projectors and standard music playlists. For all other AV solutions we work closely with ProAV Solutions and are happy to assist you with any requirements. Charges applicable. SUPPLIERS We work with, and encourage you to use and hire extra items from reputable, quality suppliers. is happy to assist in this area to make sure your event in unique and looks amazing.
