events at trenavin The Chapel Trenavin Chapel is a beautiful circa 1906 Chapel located on private grounds at Phillip Island, overlooking Western Port Bay, with views to the Mornington Peninsula.

Today it is non-denominational and occupies prime position on a remote point at beautiful Phillip Island, a beacon for local fishermen with unsurpassed views of the Nobbies.

The Grounds The expansive rural grounds surrounding the Chapel provide a large area for guests to enjoy drinks and canapés after a wedding ceremony and before moving into the marquee for your event

3 events at trenavin The Chapel Trenavin Chapel is a beautiful circa 1906 Chapel located on private grounds at Phillip Island, overlooking Western Port Bay, with views to the Mornington Peninsula. The original San Remo Catholic Church, Saint Mary s Star of the Sea, the Chapel arrived at its current location on the back of a truck in the 1980 s. Today it is non-denominational and occupies prime position on a remote point at beautiful Phillip Island, a beacon for local fishermen with unsurpassed views of the Nobbies. The Chapel is available for weddings, ceremonies and events, including exhibitions and conferences. The Grounds The expansive rural grounds surrounding the Chapel provide a large area for guests to enjoy drinks and canapés after a wedding ceremony and before moving into the marquee for your event or reception. The Summer House Adjacent to the grounds is a beautifully decked pavilion with an additional area for drinks should the weather be inclement. The Summer House can be used for smaller parties on its own. The Marquee A beautiful clear-span marquee structure has been erected on the western side of the grounds to capture the amazing sweeping views across Western Port Bay. The style of marquee is notable due to its clear span without centre poles and gable shaped ends. This is a sleek and robust structure with a white roof, clear walls and timber floor. A feature bar and dance floor is positioned at one end. 3
