We offer inhouse consultations and on-site venue visits to ensure we fully understand your vision. An Event Manager An Event Manager will be present from set-up all the way through to breakdown ensuring the occasion runs flawlessly. Team of Chefs Our team of skilled and professional Chefs will prepare your personally chosen menu on-site. Head Waiter With many years of experience in Asian Wedding service our Head Waiter /Waitress will organise and manage staff ensuring service is timely and efficient. Waiting Staff Our Waiting Staff are screened and trained to the very high standard we demand from all our team. They are responsible for delivery of our service with promptness and professionalism. Bar Staff Bar staff will be stationed at the Bar throughout the whole event to serve guests Alcoholic beverages. Walking bar staff are available as an additional service (Price on request). Two Hostesses Our polite and courteous Hostesses will Meet & Greet your guests, assist them in finding their seats and generally be at hand throughout the occasion. Glass Lazy Susan An Elegant and Modern Glass rotating plate which ceramic bowls & platters full of our delicious cuisine is served on top of. At the core of the Lazy Susan is a purposely created space for any centrepiece design. Crockery/Cutlery/Glassware Our Crockery is available in several designs. We double set tables with cutlery and provide elegant glassware for soft drinks and wine. Glassware is also provided at the bar for alcoholic beverages.

4 Table Linen & Napkins Brilliant white, round full-length table linen for all tables and matching white napkins are inclusive. Coloured linen and napkins are also available at an additional cost. Menu Cards Personalise your Menu Card with a message to all your Family & Friends. Available in Black, White or Maroon. Unlimited Soft Drinks Glass bottles of still water and jugs of Tropical Juice are placed on all Tables. Coca Cola, Diet Coke and Lemonade is available as and when requested by guests. All Soft Drinks will also be available at the bar. Ice Ice buckets are placed on every table and ice is also available at the bar. Tea & Coffee Our Tea & Coffee Station will send family and friends home fully refreshed. It can also be served with a slice of wedding cake. Hot Towels Our magic hot towels explode in to life when placed in hot water to provide sanitation for hands and face. A perfect way to revitalise guests at the end of a fulfilling 3-Course Banquet.

Choose from the 50 colours we have available. From 2 per chair. Beer & Full Bar Unlimited chilled and perfectly poured Beer, prices available on request. A Full Bar of Spirits and Wines is also available on request. Chair Hire A wide range of options are available, prices vary based on chair style and location of venue.
