We take great care and look after all your details from your initial enquiry and ideas, menu and beverages, styling and coordination. Harvest can cater for any event from 2 guests to 230 guests. Whether you choose to have your wedding at Harvest, corporate event, beautiful sperry tent with a whole beast slow cooked over our fire pit, a private ceremony in our garden, pre-wedding dinner or birthday celebration in our bakery or an intimate elopement for two in our private dining room. Harvest has many spaces to create a unique and special event just for you. Harvest also offers our renowned off-site catering, Harvest on Location, bringing high end service, our passion for food, Harvest mobile bar and beverage packages to any location you desire. 9 Whole Beast Banquet up to 150 guests $85 pp A lavish feasting banquet where a whole beast is cooked in our bakery woodfired oven or slow cooked over our Harvest fire pit. Includes, Harvest sourdough, 4 side dishes, condiments, pickles and sauces. The banquet is a wonderful, interactive Harvest experience, bringing paddock to plate and our chef s story behind the unique menu and local produce A la Carte - up to 60 guests (in the restaurant only) Option $65 pp - 2 courses entree / main or main / dessert (one choice per course) Option $80 pp - 3 courses entree / main / dessert (one choice per course) Harvest sourdough rolls and salted butter inclusive.

11 BYO Wedding Cakes Cakeage $5 pp served as dessert or $3pp served as dessert canapé Harvest $12 pp Harvest creates beautiful tiered cakes for birthdays and special occasions served with berries and double cream. Harvest Cheese $12 pp Harvest can create an elegant tiered wedding or event cheese cake using local and imported cheeses from our Harvest deli, finished with figs, candied fruit, flowers, nuts and french ribbon. Served with Harvest sourdough, crackers, muscatels and pastes. Children s $30 pp (drinks included) 3 10 years / main course and dessert Crew $25 pp Dietary Requirements Guests with dietary requirements will be catered for individually and with care.

Harvest Beverage Packages (4 hours) Option $65 pp + $10 per hour thereafter (Standard Beverage Package) Option $75 pp + $12 per hour thereafter (Mid Range Beverage Package) Option $85 pp + $15 per hour thereafter (Premium Beverage Package) Stone and Wood beer included in Beverage Packages. Soft drinks, Allpress coffee, brewed tea, mineral water and filtered water included in Beverage Packages. Cocktails and spirits are an additional cost.

We provide exceptional wedding and event catering and service for weddings, parties, and corporate events. Please ask us for our Harvest on Location packages and images. Harvest on Location bar Our Harvest styled mobile bar is everything you want in a bar from being visually cool, with energetic, fun professional service, perfectly balanced inspired cocktails and mocktails, and sommelier selected wines for weddings, parties and corporate events. Our bar service includes our Harvest mobile bar, bar staff, set up, pack down and beverage package. Our bar can be styled to your specification. Please ask us for our Harvest on Location beverage packages, bar styling packages and images.

15 Harvest on Location ceremonies Pair our Harvest styled mobile bar with the Harvest deli lavish and abundant antipasto table for after your wedding ceremony or for your event, at any location. Our team will create a cool vibe and professional bar service to accompany fine meats, cheeses, dips, pickled vegetables, smoked trout rillette, byron creek chicken pate, olives, Harvest sourdough and crackers. Our service provides our Harvest mobile bar, your selected beverage package, antipasto table, Harvest service staff, set up and pack down and we can assist you with any additional hire that may be required. Please ask us for our Harvest on Location bar and antipasto package.

16 P L A N N I N G & S T Y L I N G Our events team will provide you with professional planning and assistance for your event at Harvest or at your off-site venue from your initial enquiry and vision, to creating tailored menus and beverages, discussing your styling details, floor plan, table plan, staffing, local suppliers and on the day coordination. Our team can assist you with your styling ideas and venue layout. You will need to supply your own styling items, specific decor, place names, table plan, flowers and vases at your own cost. We can place your styling items and flowers on the day for simple set ups. For more elaborate set ups and floral installations you will need to hire a stylist and / or florist. For simple styling please deliver your items to our coordinator the day prior to your event in labeled plastic boxes with your name, event date and clear instruction. Place names to be in individual bags, in order, with table numbers.

17 If you are hiring a stylist, hire company, additional lighting or florist they can deliver styling items, furniture, install lighting and deliver flowers up to 2 hours prior to the your event and set up at the same time our Harvest team are setting up for your event. Please ask our coordinator for timings. Strictly no glitter or confetti allowed in any of our venues. Sparklers may be used, however at your own risk. All candles must be in enclosed candleholders or vases for safety. No naked flames and please notify us if you wish to apply anything to walls or hang items. Please ask our events team about our Harvest in-house stylist and event styling packages. Harvest Styling and Hire Items All hire companies, stylists and florists must dismantle and collect items at the end of the event at 11.30pm. It is up to you as the client to ensure your suppliers understand the delivery & pick up times. Clients may collect their own styling items the day after the event, however Harvest holds no responsibility for any items left behind after an event. Harvest holds no responsibility for any lost or damaged items supplied by yourself or suppliers.
