2 Private Dining Sit Down people Hampton Wine Co would love to welcome your group to join us for an intimate private dining experience in one of our two function rooms. Groups of 10 to 20 persons are required to dine on our set menu, which is designed with sharing in mind. Made up of four courses, this menu is $55 per head (excluding beverages) and changes seasonally. Our chef will provide you with your personalised menu closer to the date, and our sommelier can then advise on wine selection for the table, if desired. Individual dietary requirements can be catered for upon request.

3 Example of a set menu Smoked salmon profiterole, tomato ~ Salami and salumi Charred cos, buttermilk dressing, macadamias ~ 5 hour lamb neck, parsnip, capers ~ Caramelised banana tart, burnt meringue For those hosting a more informal sit-down event, perhaps a meeting or late afternoon get together, we offer the opportunity to instead have the table graze on our 1 metre antipasto boards. Boards are $195 and multiples for the table may be ordered. *Boards must be ordered in advance.

4 Cocktail Party Stand Up people For stand up cocktail events, Hampton Wine Co has various package options to suit your specific needs. During your event, our professionalism and years of fine dining experience will ensure you and your guest's every need is not only met but anticipated. For groups of 10 to 40 persons we have a choice of two function rooms, dependent on size. For larger groups (maximum 60 persons), we offer complete venue hire, with HWC exclusively yours for the duration of your event.

5 All packages include a mixture of hot and cold canapes and must be pre selected prior to your function $25 per person = 5 canapés p.p $35 per person = 8 canapés p.p $45 per person = 5 canapes, 1 substantial dish & 1 dessert canapé p.p Canape Selections Meat -HWC sausage roll, tomato -Beef tar tare, yolk -Pulled pork doughnut -Smoked duck pate, raisin Vegetarian -Chestnut and thyme soup -Spiced chickpea profiterole, tomato dust -Brioche, goats cheese, stone fruit -Green olive frittat, aioli -Cheese croquette, paprika Seafood -Oyster, mignonette dressing -Smoked salmon profiterole, tomato dust -Kingfish rillettes, capers, dill -Scallop ceviche, charred corn -Whipped cod roe, toast Substantial Dishes -Roasted chicken slider, Italian slaw -Slow cooked lamb, couscous -Parmesan and herb risotto Dessert Canapés -Vanilla Panna cotta, berries, white chocolate -Bitter chocolate mousse, caramelized apple, hazelnut Individual dietary requirements can be catered for, granted notice is given 2 weeks prior.

6 For both private dining and cocktail functions, minimum spends apply during busy periods. Back room Thursday - $300 Friday/Saturday - $500 Upstairs Thursday/Sunday- $500 Friday/Saturday- $1000 Entire Venue Monday-Wednesday - $3,000 Thursday/Sunday - $4,000 Friday/Saturday- $7,000 Booking Conditions We are happy to hold a tentative booking for 5 days whilst you decide on your event plans. Past this, we require written confirmation and a $200 deposit to secure your booking. After 5 days we may release the space without further notice. So that our kitchen has adequate preparation time, menu options must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event. Dietary requirements must be flagged at this time. If adequate notice is not provided, we cannot guarantee all dietary requirements will be catered to. Final numbers must be confirmed 5 days prior to your booking, and final charges will adhere to this confirmed number, regardless of actual numbers. Cakeage is charged at a flat rate of $50, regardless of guest numbers (this fee is waived on the $45 canapé function package). All cancellations must be made in writing. Deposit will be forfeited if cancelled within 48 hours of the commencement of the event. Unfortunately due to restrictions with our Liquor License we are not permitted to have live amplified music.
