8 THE KITTY GRITTY Minimum spend Tuesday Thursday & Sunday: $2500 Friday Saturday: $3000 No minimum spend for lunch events Function price includes private area for you and your guests, banquet dining and bar tab. Any funds remaining at the end of the night are nonrefundable All events have a maximum duration of 4 hours. Evening events must conclude at 11pm, lunch events by 4:30pm At Rock Sugar we practice responsible service of alcohol. Staff have the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any patron(s) they believe are intoxicated. At Rock Sugar we aim to always ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, and we are happy to accommodate allergies whenever possible. However, as we are a Thai restaurant, a large majority of our dishes contain seafood and nut products. Please be advised, although we certainly do our best, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our foods are strictly free from allergens as cross contamination is a possibility during service. Any dietary requirements or food allergies must be provided 7 days prior to the event. Final numbers must be provided 7 days prior to event. Changes to numbers on the night will not change banquet allocations and cannot be exchanged for additional bar tab. $500 deposit required within 7 days of booking request (non transferable). The remaining balance is to be paid in full on the night (no split bills). Please note credit card surcharges apply. To cancel the event 4 weeks notice is required. Cancellation within 4 weeks will result in a non-refundable deposit. No outside food or drinks are permitted with the exception of a birthday cake. Cakeage fee is $20. Guests are welcome to decorate the area and will have access 1 hour prior to event start time to do so (or a time otherwise arranged with the manager). Please ensure any decorations are removed at the end of the event, any remaining items will be disposed of. Any damage to property during the event will be the responsibility of the event organiser. Any cost of repairs or replacement will be charged accordingly. If you would like to have any entertainment at your event please discuss with the manager prior to booking 08
