2 If you are looking for a private space to host a range of events from birthdays, engagements, work parties, baptisms or any other events, Geppetto has an extensive range of menus, room layouts and availabilities to cater for your next event. Ask us how we can help to make your experience more memorable with audio-visual, entertainment, and creative decorations. Upstairs Geppetto offers a private room which can seat up to 35 people. Located on the first floor, the room offers a private bar, private waiters, audio-visual, entertainment options (magician, clown, portraitist etc. all to be organized by the customer only) and creative decorations of your choice. Different layouts are adaptable depending on your function s needs; some example can be found (refer to page 5-9) Depending on availability Geppetto can be hired out as full restaurant, which can seat up to 75 over two floors (40 downstairs 35 Upstairs) Availability Lunch options From Monday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Subject to availability we reserve the right to use the room for other possible tables Dinner options From Monday to Sunday from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM Subject to availability we reserve the right to use the room for other possible tables Public holiday & Sunday Lunch During public holidays and Sundays there will be a surcharge of 10% on the total bill. 2 P a g e

10 Audio and Video options: Smart TV (We do provide most connections for any device) White Board (Upon booking any function at Geppetto Trattoria you accept the terms & conditions) Terms and Condition IN ORDER TO BOOK ANY TABLE: OVER 10 GUESTS (UP TO 20 GUESTS) A DEPOSIT OF $150 IS REQUIRED. IF THE NUMBER IS OVER 20 GUESTS THE DEPOSIT REQUIRED IS $300. A tentative reservation will be held for 7 days. Should Geppetto not receive a booking form and deposit within the agreed timeframe, Geppetto may release the booking to other customers. SPLIT BILLS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR FUNCTION GROUP (please refer to the management for specific requests). Pay as you go drinks can be organized with prior notice and only card payments will be accepted. Our licence operating hours: For lunch functions the room will be available until 3:45 PM. For dinner function the room will be available until 10:30 PM. 10 P a g e

11 Cancellation In the unlikely event of a cancellation, the deposit of $150 or $300 will not be refunded unless the request is made 30 days prior to event date. Final numbers Notification of the minimum number of guests attending is required no less than 2 days prior to the function preferably via or otherwise phone. Please note: hosts will be charged the total food costs for the confirmed final numbers regardless of a reduction in attendees on the day. We require a confirmation on how many kids will be attending in order to organise specific meals and pricing. Increases to the confirmed number of guest in attendance this point will be at management s discretion and will normally be catered for however this may affect the room layout. Entertainment The client must advise Geppetto Trattoria of any planned entertainment or performances at the venue.
