8 Acceptance Form Terms and Conditions The following conditions are to be strictly adhered to and no exceptions will be made. All bookings are deemed tentative until this form is completed and returned to our office. Nudgee Golf Club fax number is Final numbers of attendees are required at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, please telephone Final number of attendees will be the cost charged for catering, if more guests arrive unexpectedly the undersigned is required to pay the extra An account will be set up and an invoice drawn on the day of your function. Payment is required upon completion of your function unless prior arrangements have been made. All attendees must abide by the clubhouse rules, including dress standards. Any attendee not abiding by these rules, may be asked to leave our premises. Customers will be charged the full room hire for any cancellations less then 2 weeks prior to the conference/seminar Any property damage to the clubhouse amenities, its surrounds or equipment must be paid for by the person who signs this form below. Nudgee Golf Club does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any items left at the Clubhouse after your function. If hiring equipment from AVIT, please ensure that the delivery of the items are arranged well in advance of your scheduled start time and the collection is also arranged soon after or the following morning.
