1 Functions at Club Ringwood Our Function Coordinator recognises the importance of your event and takes great pride in giving you the personal attention you deserve, ensuring your event runs smoothly and efficiently, and the delivery of the finer details to compliment your event. Park View Room The Park View Room is our largest function room at the Club and is an idyllic room for small to medium meetings, conferences, training days, trade shows and working breakfasts or lunches. The large space is suitable to cater for groups of 14 to 40 guests and is a popular choice for both conferences and private social events. The Board Room The perfect meeting room. Tastefully presented and spacious, this room features a 42 television for presentations and has a perfect balance of both natural and soft artificial light. Featuring an impressive board room table, with the capability to fit up to 14 guests, this room is perfect to cater for board meetings, intimate training days or private dining experiences. At the Club you will experience excellence in service and style with a professional eye for detail. Catering to large or small groups for conferences, seminars, trade shows, product launches, award presentations or simple business meetings, we will make your function an event to remember. Menus Find enclosed menus to use as a guide when planning your event. Our kitchen offers a vast array of catering solutions to ensure that your function s guests are well looked after. Our Chef has created a range of menus which can be tailored to your function s requirements. If you or your guests have any special dietary requirements i.e.; gluten free, vegetarian; we kindly request for advance notice. Our Service Includes... The Function Coordinator who will personally organize your event with you and ensure the room will be set up according to your requirements. Arrangements will be made for your catering and beverages, as well as any equipment required. Optional Extras The Club looks forward to working with you to cater your event s professional needs, please discuss any special requirements required for your event with our Function Coordinator. The Club reserves the right to charge further room hire if the meeting or conference extends their occupancy outside of the agreed meeting hours.*minimum catering equalling $10 per delegate payable by function organiser is required to be eligible for discount. Early Morning Access Any meetings commencing before 9.00am will incur a staffing cost as follows Monday to Friday $20.0 per half hour Saturday to Sunday $30.0 per half hour Public Holiday $50.0 per half hour Minimum charge of an half hour applies Minimum Spend To obtain exclusive, private use of our Park View Room on a Friday or Saturday evening a minimum spend of $ is required. We understand that sometimes there just isn t enough hours in the working day, or that it can be more convenient and effective to conduct you team meeting before work. At Club Ringwood we offer a range of breakfast menu solutions to cater for your early start. Dry Bar A private dry bar can be set up, or beverage selection can be placed on tables at the commencement of your function in the Park View Room. You may select from our collection of bottled beers, wine list or jugs of soft drinks. Drinks can be replenished by a staff member throughout your event. Your account can be finalised at the completion of the event. Bar Tab Guests are invited to make their way to the Socialbar to purchase drinks of choice. Guests are identified with an individual VIP card or tab card, shown when receiving their drink at the bar. Permitted beverages (e.g. house wine, basic tap beer and soft drink only, or spirits allowed) and tab cost limits may be discussed with the function coordinator. Guest Purchase Guests are invited to make their way to the Socialbar to purchase drinks of choice and pay individually. BISTRO MEALS You and your guests may also choose to select items from our Bistro menu. A pre-order facility is also available to provide prompt delivery of meals to ensure your function schedule stays on track. Guests may choose to order and pay for meals individually at the servery. Meals can not be guaranteed to be served together, due to different cooking times and different demands on the kitchen sections. For larger groups we recommend a restricted bistro menu with a selection of 8-10 meals to ensure meals are delivered to our high standards. Please discuss with our function coordinator our bistro meal options. 10 PRICING All prices are per person. When more than one dish is selected per course, meals will be served alternating to guests. Minimum number of 10 guests required to order from the sit down menu.
