1 SPIRIT TREE ESTATE CIDERY EVENTS PACKAGE SUMMER / FALL 2017 Nestled amongst the rolling Caledon hills, Spirit Tree Estate Cidery is a cidery, bakery, kitchen, and farm store. We pride ourselves on offering the best local products and produce, and on creating superb cider, bread, and pastries for your gastronomic pleasure. Spirit Tree offers a variety of spaces that can be used for private, engagement parties, business meetings, holiday parties, and special events. The Ciderhouse Bistro seats 32 people for a sit-down dinner or casual dining, with the ability to add up to 30 seats on the patio (weather permitting). For larger groups, an outdoor tent is available, which can seat up to 50 people. We offer a wide selection of menu options featuring 3, 4 or 5 course meals, or buffet style lunches and dinners to meet the needs of every occasion. Our menus are seasonal, and feature fresh products from within Ontario. We offer various drink options including a cash bar or a pre-paid open bar of our specialty and seasonal ciders made on site. We are happy to accommodate gluten free, vegetarian, and dairy-free options. Please note Spirit Tree Estate Cidery is an open kitchen, and therefore we cannot guarantee that food items have not come in contact with any allergens.
3 Ciderhouse Bistro Drink Options Spirit Tree offers a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options made on site. Alcoholic Cider Draught Applelager Pear Estate Reserve + Seasonal Specialties Non-Alcoholic Cider Sparkling Pear Sparkling Apple Sweet Apple Cider + Seasonal Options Drink Add-on Options Drinks will be billed at $5 per drink per person. CASH BAR OPEN BAR LIMITED BAR Guests are required to pay for their own drinks. Beverages do not get added to the final bill. Unlimited drink service. Beverages will be added to the final bill. Guests are allowed specified number of drinks during the event. Further drinks will be billed to the guest and not added to the final bill. As per our liquor license, Spirit Tree cannot serve drinks after 9pm, and we cannot serve more than a 5oz glass. If you wish to extend these hours, or wish to serve larger portions, you have the option to obtain a Special Occasion Permit (SOP). If you wish to obtain a SOP, please contact events@spirittreecider.com for assistance.
4 Room Rental Options Spirit Tree offers several unique event settings. Please see our options below, to determine the best space for your group. Due to the small size of our facilities, groups over 8 will be offered an advance selection from our group menu (see Ciderhouse Bistro Menu Options); a room rental is required for groups over 12. Ciderhouse Bistro: Capacity: 32 seated or 45 standing Casual dining in a unique setting. Enjoy local, seasonal offerings, and ciders made in house. Ciderhouse Bistro Patio Capacity: 30 seated or 40 standing Enjoy the country views of while enjoying your meal in this outdoor space. *Can be rented along with the indoor Bistro area or on its own. Heat lamps are provided on the patio for cooler weather.
5 Room Rental Options Outdoor Tent Capacity: 50 seated or 100+ standing Perfect for a crowd - enjoy all the Ciderhouse Bistro has to offer in the beautiful outdoor setting. The tent rental includes lighting, heat lamps, and siding as needed. Orchard Spirit Tree s working apple orchard can be used for special events. Please contact us for more details.

If these options do not meet your needs, we are happy to refer you to other local event spaces.
7 Billing Information Deposit A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard. Deposits can be made over the phone or in person. Deposits are non-refundable. The final invoice can be paid on, or before the day of the event. Invoices must be paid within 5 business days of the event. If invoices are not paid, interest will be charged beginning the first day after the due date at a rate of 2% of the total invoice, per day of late payment. Cancellation Policy The Spirit Tree event staff spends considerable amount of time organizing your event. If any changes need to be made, we ask you notify us 5 business days before the event. Unfortunately, menu changes within 48 hours of your event are not possible. If you wish to cancel your event, we ask that you give 10 business days notice. If the cancellation happens within 5 business days of the event, you will be charged an additional 25% of the total bill cost. IMPORTANT NOTE: If any additional services are required on the day of the event, their costs shall be added & reflected within the final invoice.
