2 Private VIP Lounge Whether a corporate or social occasion, the Colonial Private VIP Lounge can accommodate your event in style! Formal or casual, we customize each party to make it memorable. The Private VIP Lounge is over 4,000 square feet, and accommodates between 10 and 130 guests. It features 4 private bowling lanes, a private sound and light system, 250-square-foot HD projection screen, couch style seating, AV technology systems, private rest room and a VIP host. During your event, you can select regular or cosmic "glow in the dark" bowling, depending on your preference. We can set up a specialty bar, and offer the ability to plan anything from a sit-down dinner or full buffet to casual drinks and appetizers. Seating can be casual, theatre, classroom, banquet, or reception style, depending upon your vision. 6 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW What do I need to do to reserve the space? Colonial Bowling & Entertainment requires a minimum of 10 guests to reserve space through group events. Your event is finalized with an online invoice and 50% deposit. Space will be held up to 72 hours without a deposit. Orders booked online require a minimum deposit at the time of booking. Is tax and gratuity included in the pricing? Prices do not include tax and service/gratuity. Private VIP Lounge, Doc's Bar & Grill and meeting room bookings are subject to an 18% service/gratuity charge. Can I bring my own food/cake? Colonial Bowling & Entertainment does not allow outside food with the exception of store bought cakes if you purchase one of our birthday party packages. We will provide plates and utensils. Please don t forget candles. Reservation Policy VIP Suite & Private Meeting Room reservations, must be for a minimum of two hours.
