4 PRIVATE PARTY ROOM DELTA ROOM With plenty of seating for a seated dinner and space for cocktailing and mingling, this is the room for any occasion you are celebrating! The Delta Room can hold groups of 45 for cocktail parties, and groups of 30 for a seated dinner.

5 BAR OPTIONS WITH SEVERAL OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM, WE CAN CUSTOMIZE A DRINK PACKAGE TO FIT THE NEEDS OF YOUR PARTY! INDIVIDUAL GUEST TABS Guests open their own tab and/or pay as they go. We can also split your buffet or cocktail tab into as many checks as you would like. 9 PLANNING INFO THERE ARE SPENDING MINIMUMS ASSOCIATED WITH RESERVING A PRIVATE ROOM AT KEYSTONE HYDE PARK. INQUIRE FOR MORE INFORMATION. CONFIRMATIONS/DEPOSITS A credit card number is required to secure a specific date. The credit card number will only be charged if we are not given a two-week notice for cancellation or if the services provided are not paid in full after the party. Any damages incurred to Keystone during your private party will be charged to the credit card on file. You will be notified of any charges. CANCELLATION POLICY A $100 cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card if we are not given a 14-day notice of cancellation. NO-SHOW POLICY A $300 no-show fee will be applied to your credit card if your entire party fails to show up without cancelling first. MENUS Final menu selections must be received seven business days prior to the event. Menu items and preparations are subject to change depending on market availability. Parties are welcome to bring in their own dessert. Parties of 18 or more must use the Keystone catering menu. METHODS OF PAYMENT Payment is immediately upon completion of the function. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. TAX & GRATUITIES All food and beverage prices are subject to a state sales tax. There is no automatic gratuity added to any food or beverage sales. We suggest leaving a 20% gratuity for the staff working your event.
