2 Private Banquet Policy Thank you for considering Hackneys for your next banquet facility. We have two rooms available for booking private events such as baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, and retirement parties The smaller Party room holds a minimum of 35, and a maximum of 70 guests. The larger room can be reserved for a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 90 people. If you wish to reserve a room, a manager will verify an available date for you. A $ non refundable deposit is required to hold the room. This deposit is non refundable, and will be deducted from your bill at the end of your event. You will receive menu selections with prices attached to this letter. Hackneys will need to know your selection of entrée a minimum of 7 days prior to the event date. You will also be required to give us a final guest count 2 days before the event.: This final count will be the minimum number of entrees you will be charged for; it will also be the number of people we will set the room for. If you wish to, Hackneys will allow you to bring in a cake or bakery items for a sweet table. Hackneys does not charge to cut or serve your cake. You are allowed to come in 30 minutes prior to your guest arrival to decorate. Rooms are booked for 4 hour periods. A state tax of 10.5%, and a gratuity of 18% will be added to all bills. We hope you will choose us to host your next event.
