11 11 What To Know Minimum Guest Counts: There is a minimum guest count of 150 in the North Ballroom and 80 in the South Ballroom for all catered functions. For functions that don t meet the minimum guest counts, a hall rental fee of $1, for the North Ballroom and $ for the South Ballroom will apply. Outside Catering/Non-Catered Events: If you plan on bringing in an outside caterer or don t require catering for your event, please note the following: Outside caterer/non-catered events can be booked Sunday through Thursday. All events booked for Friday or Saturday must be catered by us. Hall Rental fees apply to both the North Ballroom and the South Ballroom For all outside caterer/non-catered events, a per person fee for Unlimited Soft Drinks/Coffee/Tea will apply, as well as a fee of No linens are supplied for outside caterer/non-catered events. Linens can be rented through us. Corkage Fees: Will apply Bartenders: 1 bartender required for each 100 guests Taxes and Fees: 13% HST and a 15% Service Charge will apply to all pricing. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
