As long as we provide food and beverages for your party. Minimum 20 people. We do not require a deposit on functions in The Blue Elephant, but we do require a deposit of $2.00 per person for outside function. (To be credited to your account.) We need to know Five days prior to your event the number of guest you expect. You are able to change the exact number up to the day prior to your function and this will be the number that you will be invoiced for. All details of your menu must be arranged three weeks prior to your event so that we can assure that any special needs you may require are met. Prices can only be guaranteed 60 days prior to the date of your function as food costs do change. The price does not included gratuities. On all parties of 15 or more people a 15% gratuity will be added.
