Chicken Brochette/$12 Tender chicken marinated in olive oil and herbs, skewered with vegetables and broiled to perfection. Served over rice pilaf. Filet Brochette/$16 Succulent Beef Filet Medallions marinated in olive oil and herbs, broiled with fresh vegetables. Served over rice pilaf with garlic bread. (1 temperature, no potato choice) Prime Rib Sandwich/$14 A juicy cut of Prime Rib. Served medium, open faced with grilled onions, on toasted garlic bread. Served with steak fries. Fresh Fish [Tilapia/$14] or [Salmon/$16] Parmesan Crusted, Broiled, Blackened or with Spinach and Gorgonzola. Mediterranean Chicken Salad/$12 Two grilled chicken skewers on a bed or fresh mixed greens with grape tomatoes, feta cheese, Kalamata Olives, crisp cucumbers, red onions and carrots with a grilled pita and our house dressing. Chicken Berry Nut Salad/$12 Tossed fresh greens topped with strawberries, dried cranberries, roasted walnuts, pine nuts, avocado, egg slices and sliced chicken breast. 5 COCKTAIL PARTIES with Hors D Oeurves Private room is required. 30 people minimum. Not available on Fridays and Saturdays nights. $15 per person minimum (including food and beverage). This can be one of the most enjoyable parties at the Squire. If your family, employees, friends or associates don t feel like having a sit down dinner, but would like something lighter, enjoying cocktails and hors d oeuvres while mingling, the Squire is the best. Super Squire Grande $69 (serves people) All the Squire favorites: BBQ ribs, chicken fingers, gyros slices, zesty wings, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and pita bread. Served with a caddy of sauces: honey mustard, Tzatziki, marinara and ranch. No substitutions please. Saganaki $7/ea (serve 2-4 people each) Light up your party with Saganaki, the flaming cheese! 6 THE BAR The Village Squire offers great cocktails, 18 different kinds of beer, good house wines and of course our unmatched Mai Tais, Rum Barrels and Long Island Iced Teas. All drinks will be charged at regular prices, plus tax & gratuity. Cash bar service available on request, tax & gratuity will be included. Soft drinks with free refills $2.49 Soft drinks & coffee & hot tea combo with free refills $3 Full bar available RESERVATION GUIDELINES for parties requiring deposit Any party more than 20 people must have a planned menu of 1-2 entrées off the party menu. Kids menu items available 12 & under. Lunch and dinner selections, guest count & menu must be finalized at least seven days before party. Cakes /Desserts If you have your cake or dessert delivered here for your event. We will provide plates, silverware, napkins, cut and serve it. $1/person dessert charge will apply for bringing dessert. Room Charge The Village Squire Restaurant does not charge a fee for the use of the room. Day time events Event must be completed and room emptied by 4:00 pm, with a maximum 3-hour duration. You may start the party anytime after 11:00 AM (12 PM/noon on Sundays). If you need to decorate, you may come in before 11:00 AM to do so. Evening Events Event may start anytime after 4:00 PM, and will be available for up to 3 hours from start time. Tax & Gratuity Prices listed do no include tax or gratuity. 18% gratuity and local tax will be added to the final bill. Payment Final payment will be made at the conclusion of the event in the form of cash or credit. No separate checks please. Guest Count Guarantee The day before the event, the final number of guests will need to be confirmed. You will be responsible for 80% of the final guest count. In the event that the confirmed number of guests is not met, you will be charged for a gift certificate per noshow $10 for lunch and $15 for dinner. If there is any change on the day of the event, the Village Squire should be notified to plan accordingly. Deposits & Cancellation All confirmed parties must post $ deposit, with cash or credit, before reservations are guaranteed. Deposits are deducted from the final bill the day of the party. No refund for cancellations. Additional Information and Reservations Policies: The Party Room facilities can accommodate 55 guests in Crystal Lake, and 40 in McHenry, for a seated or standing cocktail event.
