6 Additional Information Private events must consist of 25 or more people. We can accommodation groups up to 600 people. We must receive a precise head count at least 72 hours' prior to the event. Kids ages 2-9 are 1/2 price. Presentation Capabilities Make use of our 150" projection screen, flash drive portals, DVD player, and/or wireless Mic Present slide shows, Power Point, videos, etc. We strongly encourage an equipment compatibility check of all equipment 2 days prior to the event. Rooms Private room fees are based on the number of guests, the room reserved, and the day/time of the event. Fees may be waived based on the date and time the room will be reserved. A 50% deposit is required with all party contracts. The balance is due on the day of the event. "The Patio" Our Patio room is located on the ground floor and is an indoor party room with a garage door wall opening to an outdoor patio area and is able to accommodate up to 75 people. Available for private/semi-private events, the Patio is perfect for intimate affairs, meetings, birthday parties and showers. The Upstairs Bar The Upstairs Bar is located on our second level, it is handicap accessible through our elevator, and can accommodate up to 200 people. Available for private/semi-private events, The Upstairs Bar is a wonderful setting for graduation parties, birthday parties, retirement parties, office parties, presentations, fundraiser's, corporate functions, rehearsal dinners & informal wedding receptions.there is walk out access to the rooftop bar. The Rooftop Deck - The First in Towson The Rooftop Deck accommodates up to 75 people and is the restaurant's most popular area. Due to high demand by patrons, not all events may be private. Handicap accessible.
