9 PLANNING & RESERVATION INFORMATION: There is no rental fee and no minimum for parties over 25 people. Parties are typically scheduled in 3 hours intervals (exceptions can be made to this). Host can arrive 1 hour before party begins to set up, decorate, etc. Music is always streaming throughout (Today s Hits, Classic Rock, Up Tempo Pop, Alt- Rock). You also have the option to book one of our resident DJs Rates Vary based on Length and Event Day & Time If there is something in this packet, that leaves you with questions please don t hesitate to ask! The Garage: To rent this space, you must have at least 50 guests. There is no rental fee and no minimum. This space is no longer considered private after 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The tables are removed from the area at approx. 10pm to allow room for a large crowd and dancing. Upstairs & Outdoor Deck: To rent this space, you must have at least 25 guests and no more than 120 there is no rental fee and no minimum. This space is no longer considered private after 10pm on Fridays and Saturday on certain nights. Can remain private later with prior knowledge. For private parties less than 25, there is a $200 minimum. No outside DJ s or Promoters without prior consent and approval from management

10 Fine Print Details CONFIRMATION/DEPOSITS: A credit card number is required to secure a specific date. The credit card will only be charged if we are not given a 7 day notice for cancellation or if services provided are not paid in full after the party. Any damages incurred to Chapter Mt.Adams during your private party will be charged to the credit card on file. You will be notified of any charges. CANCELLATION POLICY: A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file if we are not given a 7-day notice of cancellation. Any food that has been ordered will also be charged to the credit card. LATE POLICY: If no one from your event shows up within the first 30 minutes of your event, there is a $50 fee and the space will no longer be privately reserved for your event. NO SHOW POLICY: A $200 no show fee will be applied to the credit card on file if your entire party fails to show up without cancelling first. MENUS: Final catering menu selections must be received by the Sunday prior to your event. There will be an automatic 18% gratuity added to all food & bar program orders. Menu items and preparations are subject to change depending on market availability. Parties are welcome to bring in their own dessert. A $250 fee for bringing in outside food during kitchen hours and a $50 fee for bringing in food after kitchen hours. METHODS OF PAYMENT: Payment is due immediately upon completion of event. We accept cash, corporate/company check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We cannot accept payment before the day of your event. TAX & GRATUITIES: All food and beverage prices are subject to a 18% gratuity charge and 7% sales tax.
