Children s holiday parties This party is all about the kids, offering every opportunity for laugh out loud festive fun! Our HoliPlay packages include unlimited use of all attractions, your choice of FunCard dollars for each child, $5, $10 or more. We offer a visit to Santa s Village where each child will sit with Santa for a photo and receive a special Funhaven treat. Last but not least, the food. We know it s hard to get the kids to sit still for a meal when there s so much fun to be had, so we ve brought fun into mealtime as well! For any food sensitivities, please ask for our allergen sheet. ARE YOU LICENSED? We are a fully licensed establishment offering a selection of bottled beer, wine by the glass or bottle, and our featured festive cocktail. HOW DO WE INCLUDE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS FOR OUR PARTY? We have a few options available: a cash bar can be set up where guests are responsible for purchasing their own drinks; company funded drink tickets can be pre-purchased for a reduced rate; or a combination of the two. ARE WE CHARGED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 2? Our holiday party packages include free admission for children aged 2 and under. CAN WE HAVE SANTA AT OUR PARTY? Absolutely! We offer a Santa experience that includes a visit with the man himself, a photo with each child (or adult!) and a DVD of the photos to be given to the party organizer after the event. This option provides your guests the enviable option of skipping the mall line up to have photos taken with Santa at Funhaven! WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN MY GUESTS ARRIVE? As part of our full service party planning, we ask for a final guest list 2 days prior to the party. Our Fun Experts handle the rest: guests will be greeted and welcomed upon their arrival at the main entrance, checked in and debriefed about the personalized agenda for your party. You won t need to do a thing unless you want to! HOW LARGE IS THE EVENT CENTRE? 3,750 square feet WHAT IS YOUR LASER TAG CAPACITY? Laser Tag can accommodate up to 26 guests per game. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SIT FOR DINNER? 300 is our maximum seating capacity in the event centre. DO YOU HAVE ROUND OR RECTANGULAR TABLES? We provide all of the table settings and linens, and can accommodate either round or rectangular table requests. WILL WE HAVE THE EVENT CENTRE EXCLUSIVELY? For parties of 150+, the event centre will be available privately. We will never overbook the capacity of the event centre. DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK? We offer a designated coat area for parties of 50 or more guests, smaller parties are welcome to use our facility cloak area located by the front doors. ARE TAXES AND GRATUITIES INCLUDED? Prices stated are per guest and subject to applicable tax. Gratuities are left to the discretion of the guest, and added upon request. HOW DO WE BOOK? By phone or via at groups@funhaven.com CAN I DROP OFF PRESENTS BEFORE THE PARTY? Of course you can! We will have large bins marked for your party that will be secured and ready for you at the time of your event. DO YOU DO EXCLUSIVE HOLIDAY PARTIES? We have a number of different options that provide privacy and exclusivity for your group party. Depending on the size of the group and budget we can create partial, moderate or complete exclusivity at your party. At the very least, groups of 20 or more will enjoy an exclusive Laser Tag game and private party area. For larger budgets, Funhaven is available to rent for private parties starting at $5,000 + tax Monday Thursdays. We also have specials on adult only private parties on Saturday and Sunday nights after 9pm. Please enquire for more details.
